I'm serious. If you feel like your art has been given up on or that you will never get anywhere with it (maybe friends say you're really great at art just to post it online ans get no reaponse) please come to MINDS. The max following I ever had was maybe 10-11 followers. I tried Instagram, tumblr, Facebook, Facebook, even Twitter. And nothing worked. I am fast approaching to 400 subs on MINDS and it has fully given me and my friends faith in our art again. Please give it a shot.
Absolutely no support but they will take your money for "pro" features real quick. They don't respond to support tickets. They go on competing sites like GETTR and talk bad about the platform to try and leech users. The site is buggy like if you mistype your email address during registration there's no way to change it and your username is lost forever even if you delete your account. Painful, terrible user experience.

Look for #frenfinder and #artfinder ! These are amazing places to put yourself out there to the community
Integrity. That is what Minds have to offer. This is wrapped in a conjunction of elements: free speech, user privacy and open source.
Minds is different from other outlets. It doesn't discriminate against different political views, so it's not an echo chamber. Other social media outlets feel like a coliseum in which users duke it out for attention and a dopamine reward. Minds is more like friends sitting around a campfire passing the Dopamine blunt back and forth.
Minds is great:
1) free speech and no tracking
2) Pays users crypto
3) Open source and transparent
4) Solid platform with video, groups, conferencing and mobile
If you believe we need a conscious social media alternative to Youtube, Facebook and Twitter, Minds is best and only choice.

Tip for consumers:
you'll have a more engaging social media experience using carrier pidgeons or writing messages with a sharpie on the wall in a public bathroom

Signed up there after hearing "Minds is a social media on the blockchain" [like everyone else.] However, Minds seems like out of the minds with the post mostly against Facebook, spreading Fake news, NSFWs, and fake liberalism.
In my rough guess, more 50% accounts here are fake and sock-puppets.
The user interaction is very low if the number of subscribers is to be considered for an account.
However, the Minds have potential to be great social media and one of the kind on Blockchain, but it looks very-very far away!
Your engagement payout reasonably.
No limit of what to say. Have rating system to be a very safe and harmless place for every age range
For a site that had so much potential just 3 years ago it sure has sold it's soul quickly! From a site where everyone was treated equally to a "Caste System" that requires members to Pay for a Plus Membership if the want their Interactions, Comments and Thumbs-Ups to count for anything. You cannot even Block Boosted Posts that you may find Offensive or Rude unless you PAY for that Privilage! Not nearly the Site that It Once Claimed to Be! Very Sad. Oh well, back to WorldTruth. Online for Me! Tell them that HempDog sent Ya!
The supposed "free speech " social network is heavily censored. They will mark all your posts NSFW then delete your page with no warning, if they dont like your politics. An influx of morons from fascistbook and twattter has left Minds reeling with a newfound ignorance. The owners sadly changed the format expressly to suit phones, then 6 months later google play and the apple store made them castrate the app, idiots all. Some good people there but the owner is a moron.
Great social media if you want to stop giving your data to big tech (Fb, Twitter, YT)
There's no auto ban and you can find very nice people
I set up the account, logged in with the same username and password that I created two seconds earlier, and kept getting an error message "Sorry there was an error, please try again." I tried to log in 5 times on 2 different browsers and I'm 0/5. I haven't even been able to log in yet. Way to make a first impression.
I used an Android phone and I read all the reviews and the pros and cons and decided to download the app through the Google download function. I did everything as asked and when I wanted to search for channels, nothing happened. I clicked on the corresponding search area then I typed "space and technology." Nothing at all downloaded. Unfortunately, nothing came up. I then tried to look for channels and nothing came up again. Very puzzling and disappointing. All I could see were messages directly from the administration of Minds about how to use the app, but nothing else. Every time I tried to search for something/anything at all it would give me the same strange message about "App cannot search for content" or something (A quite disconcerting message for all the buzz Minds has created). So, after opening an account, I was there less than 10 minutes. I really wanted to give it a try as I had read that it could work for someone like me (a totally unaffiliated centrist) but there are perhaps too many glitches/bugs at least on the OR for the Android customer. Too bad.
Minds is a great social media site/app. You get rewarded tokens just for using it and interacting with others on the platform. You can edit your posts if you want. You can alao boost your post by using the tokens you've earned with the click of a button. Overall friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out!
I was looking for alternative social media sites and came across rumble, parler, $#*!ute, and minds. I made accounts on all 4. I have Instagram and Facebook still and was concerned about the censorship. I read tarot cards and lean on the conservative side of the fence. My posts will be usually on tarot and meditation topics and sometimes about politics. I made I think at the most 2 posts on minds basically exactly what I post on the other platforms including fb and ig. I usually post my video pick a card readings or my stance on politics or what's going on currently in the news. Im not trying to sell anything and I possibly posted a link to my linktree which is just a link to my videos. I am not currently taking on clients. I get an email out of nowhere that I was instantly banned for spam... I haven't even been on the platform for more than a few weeks lol... I guess the censorship is here but worse than fb and ig. Its really funny because it's supposed to be the fb replacement or competition... really sad actually. I thought the platform was boring anyway no loss for me. Just want people to know they aren't free speech like they claim... they will take your account down for absolutely no reason. Lame..
Is refreshing to be on a platform that doesn't censored you. He out if Facebook, Twitter, instagram, etc.
Minds is getting better and better. I'm able to grow my audience in ways I couldn't with the mainstream networks.
MINDS>COM is a site by Bill Ottman that promotes nazi's and white supremcy while pretending to be about free speech- be warned if you downvote or block NAZI posters you will get banned. Thats how bad it is,
I've tried to get into Minds on a few different occasions over the past four or five years. I understand the need for social media platforms that aren't twitter and facebook, and I really hoped that this site would be a viable alternative to those two places. It's not, really. Like just about every other "free speech" oriented social media site, it's just become a haven for dumb conservatives. However, it's not as bad as Parler, voat, Gab, and $#*!ute. I do think that it could be an enjoyable place if there was a diversity of opinions, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards. Never say never, I guess, but until then, I hope you like unfounded nonsense and political reaction. Also, the jokes aren't funny.
Between the minds tokens, bitcoin, ether and cash, minds has many options to earn revenue. It is fully open source at gitlab.com/minds which is great for transparency
Considering I was booted off both Twitter and fb for saying the virus isn't smart enough to know what time covid comes out or that the virus seems to latch of to conservative protesters over blm and antifa
Free speech sometimes means you may see something offensive. Youse your mind, don't react to emotion. Great site, check it out.
Some restrictions in place, especially if you like to post some nuddies, but in my 4 years on the platform I've been pretty pleased. The Admins have been fairly responsive, groups feature is great, and the friends you'll make... just try not to be a toxic keyboard warrior and you'll be fine.
Great social platform, without the toxicity of twitter. Dont down load from Google play or the Apple store or you will be locked out of comments. Download the APK direct from the site.
Tip for consumers:
Download the Apk from the site for cellphone use
Facebook abuses free speech daily and exploits users by selling their info. Minds pays you for sharing
MINDS, does NOT follow their own community guidelines. IF you post anything that they do not like they will claim it to be SPAM, and just BAN. No 1st strike. No 2nd strike. Just plain BAN. And when you request the reason for the BAN, they do not respond, because what they have done is completely unlawful, unconscionable, and willfully negligent. In other words, the BAN is completely unjustifiable. That is why they do not respond.
