Next stop the Better Business Bureau and some congressmen from their district. BEWARE! Do not trust these arrogant, incompetent crypto thieves. Without the required checks and reviews, Minepi.com is a fake spam website that advertises itself as a bitcoin scam enterprise. Minepi.com promotes to you via spam. Cryptocurrency laundering may have even occurred on a fake website named minepi.com. There's a chance that minepi.com is a fake. Avoid the conman at all costs! Don't do business with them at all! This assessment is based on my assessment of them.
