Mineral Fusion

I really like their products, they look great on my skin and they have the most perfect shade for my skin. I use their pressed powder foundation in Warm 7. It is super smooth and does not have any bad creases too. I use their liquid concealer to cover up some of my dark spots and dark circles as well. I finish off my look with their setting powder and my daily makup look is completed. I do add some lip balm from another brand but the base looks so good!

Liquid Mineral Foundation is one of their best-sellers and I understand why. This is one of the best foundations I have ever had in my makeup box. They have a lot of shades so I'm sure you can find your shade easily too because I found mine quite easily. This foundation is very creamy and smooth, not thick like many other foundations. Because of sensitive skin, it was hard for me to find a good product but this foundation does not bother my skin and looks great. Spray the hydration mist to it and your makeup will last all day long!

Is this brand even real? I purchased some items after christmas because they were having a good deal. I waited until a few days after new years because there was no shipping started. I emailed them saying that I need to cancel my order (it took too long, I know it's holiday season but other places started shipping after christmas or at least right after new year). Guess what? Right after I emailed them, 7-8 hours later, they shipped my order. Aaaaand the shipping did not move for more than 24 hours (until now) "USPS still hasn't received the item" THE HELLLL? They did not even reply my email. What's going on MINERAL FUSION?

I purchased a concealer with a defective mechanism. I reached out to Mineral Fusion using their online contact form that does not produce an automated email confirming receipt of request. I learned that the company has three difference customer service email addresses: *******@mineralfusion.com (on their website), *******@andalou.com (on phone messaging system), *******@bwxusa.com (on invoice/packing list). The phone number provided on the invoice/packing list does not accept voice messages because the mailbox is full. I filed a claim with my financial institution. I cannot do business with an unresponsive establishment that appears to be hiding from the customers by provided multiple contact information.

Phenoxyethanol causes irritation in 10% of the population and is banned in the EU, and yet Mineral Fusion adds it to their foundation. Stay away from this company of you have sensitive skin!

Had been a loyal customer for a decade, purchasing through Amazon and in-person at fancy grocery stores, however with this recent purchase the consistency was different-- immediately dry, cakey, and very soon completely fell apart out of the container and all over my makeup tray. It had been great coverage, not clogging pores, easy to apply and perfect for touch up over liquid foundation, applied with brush. Could it be that they changed up their recipe? Also, Mineral Fusion is a non-compliant member of the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics http://www.safecosmetics.org, which evaluates makeup companies for greater transparency to consumers about ingredients in their products, and notes that 'because of loopholes in the FDA, companies are allowed... to use chemicals that are known to harm human health and the environment.' Further, it appears that MF sells cheaper, and pre-used on other platforms (Ebay, Amazon, etc.) with packaging showing old/reformulated ingredient listings. Will not repurchase.
