Over a month I thought I had ordered the item from the website. When asked about if I wanted to buy it I responded by email yes. Then she canceled my order. It takes longer because if supply back ups across the country. So if instead of five weeks it is like much longer.
The lady was combative and defensive instead of helpful. Thank goodness I found another person and reordered a bra. She was professional and curtious
Past history led me back. But I wonder if ego is more important than business.

I was able to change my Mini's spark plugs myself. Minimania has a great system that helps you pick the right parts that fit perfectly and awesome instructions to do the job right. Thanks

Very disappointed that even with the high pricing, paid almost S$800, didn't get the items as described. The MINI seat cover looks like a bath towel instead, totally not fitting to the car seat! Keep moving around while driving So took it off as it's very dangerous & uncomfortable. The 2nd item is the sight windshield angle lens which also didn't serve it purpose. Thankfully the 2 other items working ok else will be a very expensive lesson indeed. My last buy from this website...

When I got on Minimania.com, their hard-to-find windshield wipers and "Choose Your Mini" did nothing to help find the wipers I needed. When I finally found an all-purpose set, which I specifically looked for SETS not individual, I bought it and waited a ridiculous amount of time for the SET to arrive. When what I thought I could use arrived, not only did I NOT receive a SET, but a single wiper. To make matters worse, the wiper I did get was broken.

Including all of that, when I returned it (you have to have an RMA so it adds an aggravating step to the process), I returned the SINGLE wiper I received instead of the SET I ordered only to be given a partial refund in which NO ONE from MiniMania.com will answer my email as to why only a partial return was given.

I will never use this site again and I have already made my opinion known on SEVERAL Mini Facebook groups. This isn't something I want to encounter again. GO ELSEWHERE!

I found a hitch attachment for my convertible that did not exist anywhere else. Love this website! It allowed me to be able to transport my handicapped son's tricycle which changed our world :)

A while ago, I ordered some mud flaps for my 2012 Mini. It was easy to register my vehicle and find the exact part I needed. I was going to have my sone-in-law- install the flaps. The flaps came quickly and I just had my Mini in for service and I asked if the mechanic could install them. He could! It was wonderful to know that Mini service would use parts I ordered from MiniMania! (... and it saved my son-in-law some time!)

The side marker light assembly fell off my 2002 Mini Cooper S. Mini Mania had the part and I was back in business in just a few days.

The part, (hood release cable) that I ordered, arrived in a timely manner, and was exactly what I needed.
I know that I am in Canada, and expected to be dinged on the currency exchange... but what I didn't expect was to be charged twice for shipping. Once by Mini Mania, and again by FedEx. The shipping charges cost almost more than the part! It's not like I'm on the other side of the world.
Other than that, the part worked well... Thank you!

All the performance parts I have purchased are functioning great! The customer service's is excellent! The parts are clean looking and accent the Red under the hood and the main color of the rest of the vehicle! Looks Great! Processing returns was easy and painless.

The Business supplies or club with great service and get a great discount when you register your club with them! They have a great news letter, and notify you when deals are to be made!

I have been driving sports cars for 50 years and loving my Mini Cooper S, and the fact that I have a source of high quality replacement parts and performance parts, makes for lots of motoring fun!

I know it's a popular search item to pop up, but here's one of many experiences I've had with them.

You will have to do the work of all their departments for them. They didn't contact me for a month because they didn't have the parts available (I contacted them to find this out, despite the website saying around 6 in stock for each part). They overcharged me from my original purchase (before I asked where the hell the parts were). I had to message them a month after I ordered to find out where my package is and when I would see it. That's when I find out they didn't have it and would be able to deliver on their website statement of having it in stock ( it was over 6 months out, again it took over a month and me asking to find it out). I switched to non OEM parts (again refunded the wrong amount) After an unsuccessful delivery attempt it took 4 phone calls for them to actually "find" my order (3 phone calls promising a phone call back, obviously they never did), they never messaged and for a month and a half wouldn't confirm they received it, despite documents showing their warehouse personnel had physically signed for the package a month and a half before. They refused any discount for me having to perform all their employees roles in the company by myself (shouldn't need to hold your employees hands for you to run your business), but you need to for this company, apparently. The managers won't call you back, even if you tell them they need to answer the phone, or face other parties starting to intervene in the process to get you the money they are illegally withholding. I ended up filing fraud charges against them with my bank because that was the only option to get the overcharge of $1007.09 (should have been a lesser charge from the start, but their "biling department " got that wrong. With my original dispute, with records, they claimed my %100 discount would only be $8.16, with documentation of everything, including phone calls with them (phone calls were recorded on my side in order to have proof of shady business practices, as well to get my money back). They run a business so discombobulated, it is appalling that it is still going. Glad I have a bank willing to fight fraudulent / theft charges against a company like this. I went with pelican parts after this and it was over %50 less than what mini mania would have charge with %100 better service. I had a shipping number less than 10 minutes after a phone call with the salesperson.

Super helpful with a quick response time to my many questions. Item was exactly as advertised and was delivered promptly.

I made my purchase in June and am still waiting on the rest of it. One item was back ordered for weeks and they where going to charge me for shipping cost if I shipped them separate as if I was the reason the missing items weren't there. Customer service stop emailing me when I inquired why the extra shipping fee and it just has been a lot.

I bought a new decal set for our 2006 R53 Checkmate Edition Mini Cooper S several years ago. The Hood Decal may have been the last one in-stock. I was a bit disappointed that it weathered and discolored more rapidly than the original. Now that you have them back in-stock, I replaced the Hood Decal, and now the old Mini is looking next to new! Replacing decals is a great way to freshen-up the look of your Mini!

I've been adding various red details to my Mini and thought these would be a nice addition. They arrived when I expected them, were easy to install, and look great! I've always had excellent service from Mini Mania and will continue to use them when I need parts.

Easy to find mirror covers for my Countryman Mini Cooper on Mini Mania's website. Product was in stock. Clear understanding when product would be shipped. Loved their service so much that we ordered another set of mirror covers for our other Mini Cooper!

Best shocks upgrade. My mini is a 2011 and badly in need of new shocks. These were the Best Buy and fit so perfect. My first drive after putting these in was the Central cost. I love the drive on the 1 all the way to Cambria California. The drive on Cachuma Highway was the best. No worries at all. Yes the price was a little high, but I wouldn't take it back. The installation was easy. Took two days to get her back on the street but it has been the best drive ever. *******@gmail.com

Shipping was delayed for nearly 2 weeks but it finally arrived and items were of good quality as usual. I would have liked to know before ordering that they were out of stock.

Part was 20 bucks cheaper than Amazon for the same item, arrived when they said it would and was easy to install. No complaints here.

I ordered products from them online for my classic mini and it took 4 weeks to receive some of it. Still waiting on the rest of it. They do not tell you they are out of stock or don't stock items. I ordered tires from another popular mini place from the uk and received them in 8 days. I place second order from the Uk place and will have it in just a few days. They be ok for modern mini's but I suggest look elsewhere for classic mini cooper's.
