I bought a romper in here, their customer service is available if I have some questions. It tooks about 10 days and the package is all right. The colors of my outfit is classic and it gives me a comfortable feel. Good quality! Took one size bigger if you have a generous bust.

Minizazz is a rip off company. I edge people to stay away from them. Their refund policy is crap. I don't understand why you send back items with tracking and usps doesn't give you a receipt with Weight and they go ahead to give you a refund even though they have received the items. This is just a total bs.

They did give me a refund for the items I returned as part of the order I placed. I had to contact the retailer via email and I had to pay to send the items back to California. But at least I received some of the money back. I still recommend NOT to order from here the clothes are very cheaply made and do not match with what is being shown on the website.

#minizazz So a couple of weeks ago I had some extra cash & decided to treat myself to some clothes I had eyed on Instagram for some time.
Ended up being ANOTHER SCAM SITE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am so annoyed at myself for ordering from here! My order was 3 items, I took a chance thinking I was supporting a small business. The clothes are ill-fitting, Quality does NOT match pictures on IG or website once they arrive. Also too small for me and (I noticed once delivered) the shipping label was from a different company then I ordered from! I am usually a smart shopper, but I guess since being home so long during the pandemic this got by me as a scam from Instagram. I'm just now seeing reviews that the site is fake!
This is the first & last time I will order from these women boutique-style shops. LESSON LEARNED do NOT order from these Instagram women-focused boutiques if they are NOT in the United States! Check to see online reviews first!

I got quite a few pieces of items from them and I can honestly say the quality is not bad true to size only one or two pieces did not look like the picture

Some of the sequins outfits are not the way they look in the picture but if you known how to dress and put stuff together you can make it work, the other material clothes are OK they pretty much come as they look

Ordered and paid for order in March, just received my jumpsuit today. This is a lesson learned with this company. The regular shipping was apparently through fed ex, and their app would not even give me an estimate when the jumpsuit would be delivered! The jumpsuit in the picture appears to be a light cotton jersey, what I got is a light weight neoprene polyester. Too hot for summer. I wear a us size 20, so I ordered 5XL and it just barely fits. Their size chart only goes up to XL! So I took the largest size because I really wanted a baggy casual fit. The tag insides says dryclean. Neckline is sewn crooked. Lesson learned. Will check several sites for reviews before ordering again.

Do not buy from them. Take photo and Google search for a US vendor who is providing product in photo.

I would never recommend for anyone to buy from this website. I wish I would've did research. I spent over $100 and waited a month to receive my clothes. I was unable to track my packages because it said it was overseas. I contacted customer service via email but she just told me to continue waiting patiently and they are on the way. I asked how much longer because the first package said it's been shipped to FedEx for a month how long does it normally take? The rep never gave me an answer she just asked to wait patiently and they will try to rush my order. I am currently trying to contact my bank for a refund.

My products never got to me. What a waste of money. I emailed them and they don't want to do anything about it. I neverr have any issues receiving packages now I do? They did take over a month to ship my order so I'm not surprised if it got lost

I purchased a sundress, it was to small and had no way to send it back. I did the online chat with no response also called the number given with no response... Still have the dress what a waste of money. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.!

Ordered a yellow dress that looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like they advertised! I hope this company gets shut down ASAP! SCAAAAMMMMM!

I purchased two bikini sets from Minizazz. Great quality. Material was just like regular bathing material with no loose seams or anything like that. Good price for the quality too and the delivery was fast.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered something that didn't fit me and when I reach out to return the item I was told to keep it and that they will give a 3 dollars off coupon. Why would I keep something that didn't fit for an exchange of a $3 dollars coupon. Now the item is my room and I have no use for it. I will never order from this website. Clothes doesn't look nothing like the ones on the web. Clothes is very cheap quality.
