“If the SIM does not end up working out - good luck getting the refund!”

Looked like a good deal *but turned out to be a complete hassle. First step was to check my device (IMEI) for compatibility. Web site says it will work. Ordered the 3 - Month sim at Best Buy on-line. Went on Mint Mobile web site to activate. *Did not work - had to call tech support. They were not able to activate either. *Turns out device is NOT compatible (even though web site says it is). There is supposed to a 7 day money back guarantee. Filed for the refund. Uploaded my receipt. *Soon after I started getting email after email, asking for additional information and claiming the receipt was missing info or they need the sim # (you input this when you activate so why do they need it again) or your email address (duh they sent the message to me and they don't know what the email address is?). Anything to wear you down, so they can avoid actually giving you back the legitimate refund.
