Miracles Fashion Boutique

I purchased a few items from Miracles Fashion Boutique 2 times and both times my order was correct and the items was in good quality. They just have a rather long processing and took almost 2 weeks to ship my second order. When I contacted them I was told they were a small boutique and they were getting over whelmed with online orders. My advise is to make sure you have. My first order arrived in about 7 days so that wasn't bad at all.

They scam me out of 178 dollars I dont have any of my orders when i finally received three items it was poorly quality thread hanging every where it took over a month and then they told me I had two back orders i never received they kept my money I'm still fighting to get my money back tgey sent me all these emails saying they refunded me back my money and I never received anything

I have been trying to get a tracking number or information about my order #4151Your voicemail is full, I can't reach anyone by phone and I'm getting an email response. This is my first time ordered from you. I was recently in a vehicle accident on my job. I'm out of work, my son wanted to do something nice for me by sending me on a cruise. I found your website and notice that it was in the US and decided to order from you because of your beautiful selections. It's going on a month and I have not received my order. No one will respond to me. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office. I will be filing a complaint and warning others not to order from this company. This is not a good way to keep customers.

I have been dealing with this nightmare of a company called miracle fashion boutique since Christmas... yeah that's right I said Christmas... I ordered a few things for the first time just to see how fast I would get them and what kind of quality the stuff was and the quality was pretty good and the time limit for delivery was also pretty good... so I'm thinkin um k... not bad I can get used to this... because the clothes on the site are of the lastest fashions and can compete with some of the top names and the prices are good... that bein said I ordered more stuff... this time it was a more sizable order and long story short I RECEIVED a few of the items but the majority of the stuff was on back order but they didn't tell me that when I placed the order... they waited a long time to tell me that... and what they do is they try to wait until all of everything that you ordered is in before they ship your order... I wasn't aware of that... and that don't inform you of that... so I was callin and callin and callin... so some of my order was in so they started sending some of my start but most of my start was gonna be on back order for quite a while... and then turns out that quite a few of the things I ordered weren't gonna be restocked... which posed another dilemma... of which that told me of at the last minute... MIND YOU I've already paid for this stuff... and by this time the stuff THE sent me was wrong SIZES and not the best quality and they sent me a two piece and I had the shirt but not the pants n it was part of the discontinued outfit... it was just a mess... soooo they were gonna send the correct SIZES and blah blah blah and we went back and forth with that for the longest while o still was waiting for certain items to come... and they kept pushing the date back so finally I just decided to keep certain items that were of the most decent quality... because a lot of what they sent was just terrible quality... it seems like they just sent anything to fulfill my order... and I'm thinkin for the amount of time they had me WAITIN they should have sent me the best stuff in the warehouse and my money back... if you ask me... but they told me they were gonna give me a coupon for future purchase... but that didn't happen... anyway... so I sent most of the stuff back... I end up keepin prolly 4 or 5 things but originally ordered over 20+ things easy... if I kept that much... HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS... I ABSOLUTELY WAS PAYING TO RETURN THAT CRAP... AND THEY SAY THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS... BUT BECAUSE EVERYTHING I WANTED WAS ON BACKORDER AND I HAD BEEN WAITING SINCE CHRISTMAS THEY CLAIM THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO REFUND MY MONEY... I SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER... HER NAME IS TANYA... AND SHE EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME MY CHECK WAS SENT OUT ON4/18/17... I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CHECK...! IF YOU TRY TO CALL THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY... THE CHAT LINE IS NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY SAY... YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE... BECAUSE ITS FULL... HOW IRONIC...! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE... I STAY ON THE INTERNET AND WHAT I HAVE LEARNED AND SEEN... IS THAT THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY SITE WITH THOSE OUTFITS... AND THE QUALITY IS BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE IM SURE... I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED...! TAKE IT FROM ME... LIKE I SAID I STAY SHOPPING ONLINE... AND THE CLOTHES DONT LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ON THE COMPUTER... BUT OVER ALL THEY DEFINITELY DONT DO WHAT THEY SUPPOSED TO DO AND I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... SO YEAH IN ONE SENTENCE... IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW...
