Do not order from this site. Multiple emails will come but no merchandise! This will go on back and forth for months... emails after email saying they will ship or asking same questions after already providing information.

Don't order from them! I never got my order with the tracking information they sent me, I tried explaining it about 4 times and there response was to just copy and paste the same response each time.

Not worth the hassle. I took the loss of funds and have learned my lesson to never order from them again.

If I could give them a "zero star" review, I would.
I placed an order for 6 pair of shoes from Miss Arty on Jan 29 and waited several weeks to receive 4 of them. The quality was poor, but I decided to keep 2 of them. I waited another two weeks, but still did not receive the others, so I cancelled the 2 pair that were still not sent to me. I was refunded for those.
I told Miss Arty I did not want to keep 2 of the 4 pairs I had received, even though they offered me a 15% refund if I would keep them. I knew I wouldn't wear them and wanted a full refund ($64.74) so I followed their return policy instructions and paid to ship them back to their warehouse in China (even though the return address on the package I originally received from them was from Chino, CA).
I shipped to the China warehouse via DHL and my package was there within 5 days. DHL tried for 2 weeks to contact Miss Arty to let them know they had a package for them. Miss Arty ignored the calls and emails from DHL, and the package was eventually sent to the Customs Dept in China.
All this time, I was in regular communication with Miss Arty via email to let them know that DHL was trying to reach them, and provided the DHL tracking information several times, and they were always responsive to my emails. However, Miss Arty continued to ignore the emails and calls they received from DHL. Because Miss Arty would not give me an explanation as to why they would not correspond with DHL and receive my package, I can only assume it was so that they could say they never received my returned product and therefore would not have to give me my refund of $64.74.
I am sharing this story on as many social media outlets as I can and will also file a claim with the BBB. Miss Arty operates using unethical and misleading business practices.

The quality of the items I stupidly purchased was laughable. Do NOT EVER buy anything from this business. The items aren't even worthy of donating... I am so angry with myself. Don't make same mistake i did... I simply had to share my experience snd hope this and similar businesses get shut down.

Please look up Bernadette Banner who had her dress stolen from this site. This site is a STEALER OF CONTENT! THEY ARE FAKE AND PROBABLY UNDERPAYING THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THESE CLOTHES. Please do not buy anything from this website. They are fake and STEAL pictures from real content creators. If you want something that is wearable and can even last a long time and not a $#*!ty halloween dress mostly made of plastic and not cotton as Miss Arty promotes their clothes to be, just buy somewhere else. You are better off ordering from Amazon.

Made a mistake. Purchased 4 dresses -- THEN looked for reviews on the web. Found all bad reviews.

(One thing to check in future -- Note if they have social media links on their website. If not -- stay away!).

Read the "returns/cancellation" policy, which said you can send an email to cancel within 24 hours. If you cancel after 24 hours, but before the order has shipped, they'll cancel the order after charging 15%.
First sign they're no good.
Checked my tracking info -- order hadn't shipped. Sent the email asking to cancel. No response.
Decided just to wait for the dresses to see what they're like.
Garbage.
Cheap fabric and NOT as described. One dress is described as "Summer Linen". Most rubbery "linen" I've ever seen. Check out the photos. Since when does linen stretch!?
Other fabric - just cheap cheap cheap.
