I purchased a bunch of products from Mission and of course they immediately charge me but have sent no updates, it's been 3 weeks and as I check my order status there is no other information other than it says, temporarily out of stock. And there is nobody to get in touch with on the weekend? I would have just bought it from Amazon or at the store and never wasted my money. If something's out of stock they shouldn't take orders for it

I purchased a bunch of products from Mission and of course they immediately charge me but have sent no updates, it's been 3 weeks and as I check my order status there is no other information other than it says, temporarily out of stock. And there is nobody to get in touch with on the weekend? I would have just bought it from Amazon or at the store and never wasted my money. If something's out of stock they shouldn't take orders for it

Ordered a hat a month ago and it hasn't arrived.
Of course, they took my money right away.
I reached out for status, but never received a reply.
We need some legislation that penalizes what amounts to theft via e-commerce.
Anyway, they'll never get another dime from me, and I will be sure to broadcast this experience wherever possible.

Called in rather than using their website to assure items I wanted were in stock and after changing some choices and being told they were available to ship and would go out in "up to 10 business days" placed the order. Checked status a couple days later it shows none were in stock and ship date maybe 6 weeks later. Totally just a ploy to get orders and keep putting people off. They should suspend taking orders and/or tell people up front when items are not available rather than be deceptive. People don't like being lied to.

I echo what other reviewers said... they charge your credit card immediately and then wait weeks to ship. Never dealt (in decades of using mail order) with a company that does that. (They use covid as an excuse for their shady practices.). Further, an item I just received is incredibly flimsy and poorly made and cannot be adjusted to fit. Had to call for return instructions and they don't provide a mailing label. Just a poor excuse for a company all around.

Avoid using them at all costs.

Not only are order fulfillment times ridiculous (still waiting), but there is ZERO communication from them.
No acknowledgement of order received, no invoice sent, nothing!
Yes, you can navigate their website and eventually find your invoice, and a commitment to ship that is not met.
After a week of their not meeting their own written commitment to fulfill the order I called customer service, only to have them hang up on me.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Oh yea, and then they surveyed me. Morons!

Like other reviews I'm seeing here, I placed my order and only after I was charged could I see that the items were out of stock. I requested to cancel my order and had no reply for about a week. When I finally got the reply, I was told I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped. Tracking clearly showed it had not shipped, and didn't ship for almost another week. Shipping updated with expected delivery date which has since come to pass and still the order hasn't arrived.

I've been misled and deceived and this has been the worst online shopping experience I've had in years. Which is saying something because I online shop a lot (lol)

Tip for consumers:
My recommendation is to not order from this site unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Ordered product on 6/4/2020. Credit card charged and shipping status showing as shipped since June 5.
Post office tracking shows label created but no package received for shipping seven days later. When questioned, customer representative hung up on us.

I have DirecTv & we've been without Fox which is owned by Mission Broadcasting since October 2022. I've been reading up on all of this & see where Dish Network & Comcast are having the same contract issues with Mission Broadcasting….so the common factor is Mission Broadcasting. Since the more than 800,000 customers of DirecTv have been negatively impacted by the contract negotiation issues with Mission Broadcasting since October of 2022 it's time for the government to step in & stop all this greed.
Lock all parties in a room with only chairs, no food, one 16oz glass of water per person & no other beverage available, absolutely No facilities….bathroom, sink, cooler, food, etc & nothing to contact anyone outside the room they're locked in & nobody leaves the room until contracts are agreed on & all of us, the consumers who are paying the price for all this greed have their local channels back on air. Someone's going to figure out just how upset customers are over the greed of these parties.
I read an article where the average salary of Mission Broadcasting is $329,926 & thee salaries actually range from low $282,173 to high $381,145….really & they need more money?

Do not use this company. I ordered and on 3/21 the shipping label was printed. Fast forward to 4/23 and I still have not received the product and the tracking has no idea where it is. In the time I have been waiting for my order, I have received a golf club from FL in 3 days, 4 dozen golf balls from CY in 2 days, and other items from Amazon. After emailing and complaining, all they did was refund me my shipping cost plus an additional $3. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered three gaiters and was supposed to get a fourth one for free.
I only received one item.
I've emailed the company several times and only get an automated response.
There are much better companies that you can get a similar item from.

I found mission.com when I was watching a morning show that has great shopping deals for a day on a variety of items.
I ordered some items for my family to wear in the hot California summers. I bought some hats and cooling towels. You put water on them and they cool you down. They worked great and to reactivate the cool you just put more water on them.
This last week I received a new email with new sales on items to keep you warm. Again I ordered some shirts, scarf, beanies and gloves for my daughter's family in Wisconsin. They loved the items and wore them to visit ice castles in a nearby town.
The site was co-founded by tennis star Serena Williams, Drew Brees & Dwayne Wade
They have great clearance sales.

Tip for consumers:
Shop the clearance and end of season sales.

THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER... A FEW DAYS LATER THEY CREATE THEIR OWN SHIPPING LABEL. NINE DAYS LATER IT NEVER TRACKS BECAUSE IT NEVER LEFT THEIR WEARHOUSE. WHEN I CALLED THEY LIED AND BLAMED THE USPS. I TOLD THEM I KNEW THEY DID THIS JUST TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME CANCEL. NEXT DAY PRODUCTS FINALLY LEAVES AND PO SCANS IT IN. SAME CITY. IT TOOK 10DAYS JUST TO SHIP IT. WORST PART... THEY LIE.

Ordered two hats and neck gaiters for my relatives for an Easter gift on March 29. I thought that they would enjoy these as they are traveling to Arizona for vacation. Mission charged my credit card and assured me on a 2-3 day delivery time. Well it's now the end of April, no e- mails/ no updates and terrible customer service. I was told on one phone call that slow shipping was due to covid, another rep told me that my items were back ordered/ out of stock and then hung up on me. I'm just waiting, they have my money and no refunds are available due to the time. I'm wondering if I've been scammed! Buyer beware…wish that I was warned!

Needed to enquire about their LX6 mk2 series and wrote 2 mails to their customer service department regarding product query.
No response received. I did not purchase any product. What happens after being a customer and getting no response?
A real shame for such a legendary company!

Just bad. Products we wanted not available. Order took 15 days to arrive. Email support slow and doesn't answer questions. Ordered 4 hats and only 3 arrived. Automated phone support system doesn't accept responses and hangs up. Fingers crossed I'll get the missing hat before the summer is over. Wish I would have seen the 1.7 rating prior.

Ordered 3 neck gaiters. Took several weeks for them to ship. Finally received them and they're really uncomfortable. Got an RMA for 2 (wasn't going to make them eat the opened one) and shipped them back at my expense. They received them 2 1/2 weeks ago but no credit. I called them and was told they did get them but would not issue a refund since I paid with a check which bounced. I have the PayPal receipt. She didn't want the PayPal transaction number and hung up on me. I filed a dispute with PayPal.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I was teaching a dance class to 6-9 year olds for my job during covid-19 and I seriously almost suffocated while wearing the adjustable sports mask. I haven't tried the gaiter I bought yet, but since it's made by the same company I can't imagine things will go any smoother. I was recommended this product by someone who saw an add online about a breathable, cooling mask for working out. I genuinely felt like I was suffocating while wearing this mask. I could not breath normally and at one point, at all. I am returning this product and getting my money back as soon as I can. This was a traumatic experience. I cannot believe I was fooled by this company.

Ordered 6/11/2022 the "bucket hat turn Light/grey for outdoor lawn/gardening in P'cola, FL where sun is BRUTAL! My debit Visa charge of $25.50 cleared on 6/15 so I assumed I'd be receiving hat within a week or so. NOT! Continued checking online by order number & best estimated delivery was MID JULY! Made phone call to customer service, spoke to "KEN" in Connecticut who tried convincing me to allow purchase to "RIDE". I said I'd just as soon CANCEL & asked for confirmation number. KEN said refund would be for $25.50 original charged against my debit card. LIES... ALL LIES. I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATION WITH "KEN" EVIDENCING STATEMENT THAT RETURN WOULD BE $25.50. Potential customers MUST REALIZE there's possibly "fraud or scam" when a business doesn't / won't do what they claim! BUYER BEWARE

Site says orders shipped in 2-4 days. Last week I called after 10 days and was told it had shipped. Today, day 14, I'm told it already shipped. I'm calling BS! It is still waiting to be shipped by shipping partner. They don't want to refund me. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered on 27th and nothing shipped, told it takes 2 weeks and no refunds! I do not recommend this company at all, Was hung up on when asking for refund since the package was still at the facility not the post office!

I purchased one Mission cooling hat to try out. During the checkout process Mission suggestive sells more products. I thought I had declined but when I hit the purchase button, my $15 dollar purchase of one hat was now a $45 purchase of 2 hats and a Missions magical cooling towel. After immediately emailing Mission, I received a notice that it could be 72 hours for a reply due to COVID! Covid is over MIssion. As expected I received an email 3 days later saying the order already reached shipping and could not be changed. Two days later I received a shipping notification. Several more days elapsed and I received my order. The hat I had intentionally purchased was too tight. You need a Return Authorization to get a refund, and MIssion is not paying for your return freight. It took a lot of work to get too returns on their recorded phone message, 3 calls. AVOID Mission like the plague. They know what they are doing to pad these orders and they make it very difficult to return. They offered me a $9 discount to keep the order. I don't want to support thieves like MIssion.

Tip for consumers:
Overpriced and oversold. I have found these hats at the local store. After my experience with the manufacturer I will never support MIssion.

Never rcd order. For weeks, tracking said waiting on item. Ruined a birthday surprise. Should've sent replacement like Amazon. They admit accountability. Caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.
