Updated equipment but still has an old school gym feel. Variety of exercises and equipment help to keep it fresh and on your toes. Good group environment and friendly vibe. You are not just another member like you might be at bigger franchises which is what I appreciate the most.
I love this gym! The workouts are challenging and always different and for all fitness levels. What I love most is that everyone is so encouraging and friendly.

Mission fitness is a great place to workout. There is a balance of cardio, kickboxing, strength training, kettle bells, etc. to fit all fitness levels! The staff is friendly and encouraging! Check it out and see for yourself!
The coaches are awesome and so encouraging! I have been going here for over 2 years now and the workouts are always different and challenging. They are great for all ages and skill levels. Everyone treats you like you're family and pushes you do be your best self!
Love this gym! I love the variety of workouts like kickboxing, cardio days, TRX bands, yoga, and strength training. The coaches are very helpful and the members are super nice and motivating. Highly Recommend!
