I bought 2 cd's about two months ago,and according to their site they are(processing)and have been the whole time. No one respond's to messages,they never call you when they have the call back option on their site. Total trash,I'm a lawyer and I'm gonna proceed with a class action lawsuit if anyone wants in!

I ordered two things almost two years ago that never sent, never delivered. When I reached out to the company I was told the owner was in the hospital and they were unable to fulfill orders at that time.but they kept the online shop OPEN. If you cannot refund people on unfulfilled orders but are still taking people's hard earned money, you are a scam. Do not buy from these people.

Still haven't received my shirt. This company has taken my $100 and haven't sent my shirts it's been over a month. WOW!. I will be contacting The Better Business BUREAU 😡

They do not send your order and keep your money. It's a scam. They do not respond when you try to contact them. I ordered in August it is now November.

I purchase 9 T-shirts on October 10th. My order total was $251.79. Two weeks went by, I did not receive any email stating my order was shipped. Every time I would logon to check the status is just said being processed. There is no legit customer contact info. There was an email listed as *******@mixunit.com and
*******@mixunit.com. I emailed twice to both email addresses. Never heard back from them. I tried searching on google for a customer service number. All numbers posted are inaccurate or do not belong to MixUnit. Once I searched for customer service support, I came across bad reviews on this company. Everyone seemed to have the same complaints. I immediately contacted my bank to to file a claim. I had my money back in a few days in my account. Bank was unable to get a hold of them, therefore my money was returned. I do not understand how this website has not been taking down with all the amount of complaints. Please do not purchase anything from this website.

My cds have been processing over a month. I understand that the owner is in the hospital, but how hard is it to send a few cds through the mail. It was easy for them to take the money. I've tried contacting them but they don't respond and the phone is disconnected. I smell a FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. How is it legal for a bootleg website to steal money from people? You lawmakers obviously don't care a the little people who are the masses.

I ordered three shirts at the beginning of August. It is now 11/15 and still no shirts, no response and no refund. Horrible horrible horrible. Mixunit is a Ponzi scheme. Do not do business with them. You've been warned

I ordered an item off mixunit on 2/17/23. I emailed them a few weeks later about the order because i was trying to just cancel it since it hadn't been processed yet and they emailed back saying they don't have an ETA on when the order would be processed even for a refund. It is now 8/5/23 and I have not received the item nor gotten a refund from them. I will never buy from this site ever again

The first time I ordered from here there wasn't any kind of problem got my order earlier than expected. However this current purchase I ordered 2 t-shirts on the 12th of April 2019, I have yet to receive the product. Tried giving a callback number quite a few times and sent emails but no response. I just want my money back or the shirts!

Never shipped tees I ordered doesn't respond to emails. 60 days later Had to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. I would give them less than Zero Rating. Taking money and not sending orders. Making excuses about person who handles orders being in the hospital. THEN QUIT TAKING PAYMENTS! IF YOU CAN'T PROCESS ORDERS. Don't trust these SCAM ARTISTS!

Like many of the commenters here, I too haven't received an order I placed back on Sept 23,2022. I have gotten a ton of runaround responses that someone is sick, extreme delays, someone in the hospital, etc. If you can't fulfill the orders, refund our money. I was a loyal repeat customer. They will never get another penny from me.
They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
I'm having to dispute the charge because they won't willingly refund my money.
For the record, they used to be a great company to buy from. Never had a problem with them before.

These guys won't email or respond. They just hope your forget and don't ask for your money back. Straight bums.

DONT BUY FROM MIX UNIT. They absolutely ripped me off for 125 usd. They sent a letter saying owner was sick but it was all a scam, it's now been SIX MONTHS. All communications have stopped from them. I now see tons of others writing the same thing as me.

I purchased tee shirts in the past from this company and was quite happy!
However, my recent purchase of tee shirts was of seriously cheap fabric poor quality. Straight Garbage! I mean Garbage! I hate people who take advantage of loyal customers. Profit over quality. They should be ashamed to sell this B. S.
Do yourself a favor don't purchase nothing from them……

Placed an order last year and once I did a follow up regarding my order. I was told that the owner (the person who fulfills the order) was in the hospital, reason for the delays. MONTHS LATER the same excuse, in which I requested a refund and then replies stopped happening. It makes no sense that you can still place orders yet the company cannot fulfill them. & what if that person passes away? No one is going to continue the orders? I feel like they are scamming people and using the money for the medical bills (if thats true)

This wack $#*! website has now bootlegged 2 projects that I am personally involved and invested in!
Tried to call the number 1-888-MIX-UNIT... No answer. Left a brief message. Guess what? NO RESPONSE!
They've been sued (look it up online). And somehow they're still able to proceed like nothing has happened.
Mike Rios or whoever is in charge needs a serious $#*! whooping... like RIGHT NOW!
I will be doing my best to fight this bastard for copyright infringement!

I purchased a CD and it has been "processing" for over a month. There is no CD. There never was. These people are thieves.

Im going to tell exactly my experience, so you can be the judge, and ill give my own opinion at the end. So, i placed my order near the end of may, 2023. Like many others, whenever i checked on the status of my order it always said "processing". I also decided i wanted to add to my order(since it was still processing lol), thats when i first emailed them. No response. Then i asked when i might expect my order, no response. Then i requested a call, no response. At that point i got worried, started reading reviews, which made me more worried. So i decided to just cancel my order through a paypal mediation. Finally got a response, much like others have got, saying the owner is sick and they dont know when, but they will, refund my money. I didnt want paypal to close the case, so after awhile i escalated to a claim. Eventually paypal found in my favor, i got my money back, about the end of june. Then, a week later what shows up at my door? My order! And no i wasnt charged for it. I was pretty damn happy about that. I emailed mixunit, thanking them and offering to pay. They answered they didnt want payment, they realize they didnt handle the situation the best.
So my opinion? The product was excellent. Cds sound good, look good, pretty impressed with that. The company itself? I think they are really shorthanded and alot of things are put on the back burner, which sucks for customers. But i dont think theyre intending to scam people. They made my order and shipped it after id already gotten my money back, something they didnt have to do. That did alot for my opinion of them. I fully intend to order from them again, and we'll see how it goes. Should you order from them? Well theyre the only place i could find to get these cds(unsigned artist), so it was worth a shot. If thats whst youre after, give it a try. Worse comes to worst you can file a claim through your credit card lol.
They didnt do such a great job at the beginning, but they really came through on the back end. If they could hire some folks and get things tighter, theyd be sitting on a gold mine i think.
Anyway thats my experience and my 2 cents..

Paid for a download that I never got! Sent several messages and no one responds back! Don't waste your money with them they are a joke!

I read some reviews on here and honestly was scared to order. However, there were some very positive reviews so I figured I would give it a go. It took almost a month to get my order that is my only complaint. It would not stop me from ordering again though. The CDs I purchased are great quality. It's the same as if I would have purchased them from the store. Now that I have my order and know this is a legit and good site, I'll be placing another order. I truly do not know why there are so many negative reviews about this place. Only thing I can think of is the wait time. They do offer you information on tracking your order so you do know where it stands during the processing and shipping. Over all I rate Mix Unit a 10/10

What happened to the previous business model? No more flash sales and it takes 3 weeks to ship now

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a shirt for someone on December 1,2022 and it is now February 5 and I still haven't received it or a refund! I sent an email on December 14 to ask the status of my ordered and I got a lame response about the owner being in and out of the hospital. I don't want to be unsympathetic but I thought that was a legitimate business! Who sends a response like that to their customers? I continued to wait because I really wanted the shirt for my loved one for Christmas! It never arrived so I emailed again to ask for a refund and I got no response! I basically gave away $30 to get nothing in return! I advise anyone who wants to buy from them BEWARE! You may be literally buying nothing like I did!

They have a lot of great stuff you cant find anywhere else. I have placed multiple orders w. Them w. No issues. Tees are high quality and fit good. I took away a star because sometimes my order comes fast but sometimes it can take over a week, but besides that everything id good. They are my secret source for tees. Nobody is up on this stuff where I live at.
