“Horrible Customer Service”

If you like Michael Kors products, go buy it in department store. Purchasing online from michael kors website directly can lead to potential headache. I had a defective purse sent to me with stains on it and it took a month to get the refund and they don't replace the defective item right away. Unlike most places where they send you the replacement right away and have you ship back the defective item, they wait till the item returns back to their warehouse, which could take two weeks since the return label provided is a parcel label (it takes at least 5 business days before it even gets scanned in with USPS). So, the rep told me to go ahead and place a new order and pay for it so i can get it quicker and send back the defective purse. However, the purse had gone up in price by this time, and again, they cannot match the price for you right away. They first have to charge the current (higher) price and once item ships, refund me the difference. Makes every little bit painful as possible. When I received the second order of the same purse, it's defective again. After I reported, I was told that a supervisor will contact me within 48 hrs with a possible solution. Even after 4 days, I get nothing. I called back and they told me that they refunded me 10% for keeping the purse with stain. Just what kind of customer service is this? FYI, they cannot cancel or modify any order once it's placed even if it's within the same day (within a few hours) and it didn't even ship from their warehouse. After you speak with their rep, there's a short survey and some of the reps will not hang up so you cannot leave any feedback on them. Obviously, they know that they just left sour taste in your mouth.
