“Very Poor, dishonest service.”

April 4, our dishwasher had the heat pump go on it so we decided to call and have it repaired. I informed the landlord of the issue and we proceeded with the call out, which was $120.00. Should we decide not to proceed with the repair then the $120.00 was nonrefundable, which was fine. The technician showed up he was kitted up with COVID PPE as required to enter my home, to which he promptly removed after getting to work without me realizing it was off until he was leaving. I was then informed that the part and repair would be $550.00 to which I informed him to contact the landlord to make the arrangements, to which he agreed. The company did not mention the part was even in stock as I had to phone and find out for myself that they needed to order it, and could not give me an expected DOA. On Sunday of that week, they contacted my landlord to inform him the part was in and the technician was on his way between 12- and 1 pm. Time elapsed and no technician, prompting my landlord to phone the technician directly, to which he explained to him that the part was being ordered yet the dispatch had told my landlord that the part was in, confusing yes, unprofessional yes, unorganized. This company also has 3 complaints in the past 4 years reported to the BBB, should have dug a little deeper I guess. After 10 days of waiting the landlord again called the technician trying to get a timeline with no answer. Today the technician showed up with the part and again this time with no COVID PPE, I should have said something, but after 2 weeks of crap, I decided to avoid contact with him and let him get the job done. He repaired the dishwasher and put everything back together and ran a test, seemed to work fine, and left. Not 5 mins after he left my wife went to use the dishwasher and she could not close the dishwasher door as the flashing on the bottom of the unit was installed incorrectly. I promptly called the tech back to fix his shoddy work, he returned and made a smart-$#*! comment " Don't call me back so soon next time" when I asked him to repeat what he said he just said he was joking. Will not be using this company again. They claim excellence and great customer service, to which i am i doubt of very much. Be very aware of this company and/or their technicians. Dishonest and unorganized is just the beginning of your frustration should you decide to use them.
