Bought 40 Mesos for Maplestory 2, went to their chat to tell them I made a purchase. Was told by the chat representative named "rose" to wait to 1 to 2 hours, I did. I asked her where my order is? Her reply, wait to 1 to 2 hours again. 12 hours later, still did not receive order. Attempting refund at the moment, she tells me I need to wait for the manager... DO NOT USE THEM.
