Placed an order here for some gold and I only recieved around 20% of the purchased amount.
When I contact the live chat they respond with robot answers telling the supplier is offline. I don't want default robot answers. I want a solution to the problem.

They promise delivery between 8min and 24 hours. And the 24 hours is almost up and I still miss 80% of the total money purchased.

Horrible customer service, I dealt with Jacky through the live chat, not only was she extremely slow, she was rude and they didn't have enough gold to compensate for what I had purchased. She then went on and said okay lets do 10Mill since were doing it delayed and I accepted there terms, not but 2 mins later she takes it back and asks me why I wanted 10m... guys I cant make this up I have the chat log still open now. DO NOT BUY FROM MMose I Repeat DO NOT BUY from them. Buy from Avatarbank, they always deliver my gold within 10 mins and NEVER give me any bullsh! T!

I ordered AION KINAH but before i ordered, i asked first of they have stock and if they can give it immediately. They assure YES so i ordered and pay. But till now they wont give me the items. And they don't want to refund my money. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

I've place a order, with all my information on it like; character name, server and where it can be deliver... also my logging email.
Got confirmation by paypal payment went trought, went online chat with confirmation order and give all detail again.
Now it start, they ask me to use my paypal email (different from my logging email) and sent them all my information again, ive refuse, can't understand why i need to redo all this when i got the confirmation from paypal and already give to them. I decide to cancel my order and get refund. After i send email to complain about their service trying to understand why they have a extra step after paying where i must resend email with my paypal email ( the email i use for paypal). Got a answer saying like, cant understand why you refuse sending us the email.
I've answer a more specific question where im asking only why they need that email, ( Here a copy):: Well sending a email is not the issue, the issue is asking to resend my character info with server detail and using my paypal email. Why is that needed? I already got my confirmation number that i provide, copy paste my buying info showing charater name and server already... so why that extra step where i need to send a email with those detail when you have them already?::
And here the answer::

Unfuc ingable to answer the question at all.

After their first website failed during payment, I was referred to a second one where I ordered 24.00 worth of credits for a game. When it came time to get my stuff in game, I was told my character was too low and they needed a different higher character before I could get my credits. I refused as it was not a requirement on the website. They started asking me for my phone number, my full name, my age, I refused to answer. Finally after asking for a refund several times and being ignore each time, the customer support agent(Hannah, surely a fake name) told me she was contacting the supplier to get me my stuff. 15 minutes later, I was told his network was down and he was unable to do it right now. I asked for a refund again and was ignored yet again. I was instructed that id get an email when he was able to come online. Over 3 hours later, still nothing so I contacted them again. The agents randomly generated name this time was Joyce. I was told that she was contacting the supplier and 10 minutes later, she told me sorry he's offline now and they will get it to me as soon as they can. Again I asked for a refund and make my displeasure known. Again I was ignored and told I would get an email when they were ready. At which point I let them know I would be filing some complaints and closed my chat. DO NOT USE THEM. Save yourself a headache and pay the extra 5 bucks to buy from the higher end website.

Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else.

First, i'd like to say this three websites are the same company with the same live customer (just check their contact info or the name on the payment).

I bought gold for around 23$.
Before purchase, i inquired about stock and delivery delays. They confirmed all was in stock and delivery should take from an hour to 24h max. I Asked if they refund if the delivery delais were not respected because i needed the gold for an ingame event that would end in 48h. They assured me everything would go rapidly and they would refund me if not.

10days later, still waiting.
I went to the live support after 24h to ask for info. They paste some automated messages telling they send my order again to the supplier and that i need to wait more.
So i waited more 24h.
The event i purchased the gold for was ending and still no gold. When i asked why, the same automated messages were answered, supplier currently offline, manager not working today.
Next day, still no answer, supplier still currently offline, manager on vacation, live support cannot give refund (even if it's noted in their "terms and conditions").
Next days, the same went going down. It's been 10days now and still no clear answer on why it's not been delivered and no one can grant me a refund because the manager never works. When i ask simple questions like: "why can't you ask the supplier why it has not been delivered?" or "Are you refusing to refund me?" or "When will your supervisor be at work?", they give bogus answers.

So unless you pay with paypal (which was not an option on my order) and can open a dispute, never buy on their site. I paid via skrill and have no legal options against them:(
Skrill does not interfere, they are just paid to collect and transfer money to scammers (they are profiting from scammers).

I am an online gamer and have been for years. I went to this website to try and get some in-game currency to a new game I started playing, but immediately wished I hadn't. I have been waiting for over 4 months to receive my $25.00 purchase and have finally accepted that I will not be receiving it at all... The website advertises countless numbers of online games and offers services to purchase in-game currency for each. However, only about 1/4 of these games they actually have a "supplier" for. This means that if you submit an order to a game, but they don't actually have a "supplier" for that game... you're basically screwed out of your money. The customer service is only able to update you on the progress of your order -they will do NOTHING more to assist you!
ALSO, this website has a handful of other websites that host completely different websites/URLs, but they are still the same crap service provider. -Rule of thumb: if you visit an in-game currency website, click on the "live customer service" and if the pop-up URL is "http://livesupport.goldicq.com" -then save your time and money by leaving the website immediately.
Hope this helps some of you avoid the same frustration and disappointment that I have experienced.
