I bought a mobile phone at 13.12.2016 and now, I'm still waiting. Delivery service told me that they never got the phone. I wrote to the mobicity customer care the situation and they do nothing and when I asked my money back, they stopped answering me. Just a F R A U D. Sue incoming. Shame. DO NOT BUY ON MOBICITY

DO NOT BUY HERE.
Lack of communication and poor customer service meant that I was waiting over a week for my order to get packaged to leave the warehouse in Hong Kong. This was after I paid $30 for express shipping and was promised handling time of around 1 day. Customer Service reps just kept copying and pasting from the website delivery page when I asked about the status of my order, and finally after countless followup, I got an automated email telling me the shipping status was delayed (and that the order had still not left the warehouse) with no reasoning why it was delayed in the first place! I got so frustrated I ended up cancelling my order today, and was told the request would be transferred to the refund department and I would need to wait another 3 days. I hope I get my money refunded as promised... if not, I will be taking this up with my bank. If you want good service and quick delivery, don't buy from this company! The prices might be slightly cheaper, but it is not worth the stress and frustration involved.
