I received my order today although there was some misunderstanding which got solve. I am very satisfied of the way the staff handled the situation. I would recommend Modanisa to anyone. I love my hijab!
I placed an order with them over a month. My order stock in the transit. Tried to send emails, no reply. The only way is the live chat. Which is useless as it is only same person every time and not helping at all. All he says we are monitoring your case. No one care. No response. Took my money and no order.
The product prices in Canada are literally 4 times more expensive than if you were ordering the same products to a Turkish address (I've lived in both countries and used to order from their site). I paid $23 in shipping to Canada! And the return fee is on me, which I've yet to find out how much it is. All that to get one skirt, I pretty much wasted $50+ just in shipping and returns. They seem to think that people living in the west are picking dollar bills from trees.
The quality of the skirt wasn't even good. This will be my last time ordering from this website due to those reasons. Customer lost forever.

Since my previous review they have now changed the return procedure it's really easy and quick you automatically receive a return label and stick it to your package. They deduce around 10 euros for shipping fees but it's ok as long as I can send stuff back when I'm not pleased with the purchase.
So overall Im really pleased with my shopping on Modanisa.

The pictures don't match the item and the quality was horrible and then to return the items they expect you to pay and no refund on your return price that's out of pocket. Customer service was not helpful very short and on to the next customer type of attitude. I will never shop here again and will WARN anyone against it as well.

They took my money and they didn't send my package. It has been over a month, almost two months, that I've been wasting my time. I even have the proof that they didn't send it. The only thing you get from them when you ask about your package is "we're sorry" or "we're working on it".

I made sure to read all the fine details of their return policy before I made my order, I noticed that they mention that you are responsible for shipping costs but I figured it would be the standard 10$ not 220$! Which is more than the cost of the dress! I sent multiple emails and the solution they had for me was to cancel my complaint!
They should have prepaid shipping labels for returns like all the other online companies. Such a scam considering you never know sizing with them either!

Worst service ever! I received a defective product with nails in it and badly injured my foot while trying it. They didn't even apologize and it took them 3 weeks agree to give me a refund, but insead they used my card info without authorization to deduct the price of the product from my account all over again. When I checked with them they denied that, until I had to contact my bank to deal with them and they helped me get back my money.
Be careful, such a deceitful company, and storing your credit card info is unsafe.

They send us wrong color skirt, when asked for refund or item replacement, only offering only coupon of same value, with no shipping cost. On there web site they are saying free returns and refund, which is completely wrong.

I ordered for the first time, they gave me the wrong size of one of the dresses, size 38 instead of 48 and they refuse to send the right size because they only give out coupon which is same price as the dress but the trick is you have to buy more than the coupon and you cannot use any other coupon that you are eligible for. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! Be careful people! That is all I can say.
They suppose to correct their mistake and send the customer the right size they ordered but NOPE they don't do that.
Another issue the "my order " button is not working as soon as they dispatch the order and they didn't answer after asking why!

One of the worse customer service ever. I am an online shopper and I am familiar with online shopping. When a site make a mistake and you complain with proof they usually apologize and try to fix it not make nonsense excuses. Some sites even go further after fixing the issue, and send a coupon for you as an apology.I don't know what's up with Muslims sites and their entitlement. I once got the wrong size sent to me and I sent a complain with proof and all I got was sorry ship it back at your own expense and order another one. They absolutely didn't care that they made a mistake. I over looked at the situation and didn't want to argue with them. A family member of mine once made a large order and something technically went wrong with the site and they charged her the same order five times. And shipped the same thing five times. She tried contacting them to explain that they charged her five times and for them to cancel it. No response! After a while all she got "after you receive your orders just return everything at your expense. Another problem is their false advertising. They advertise " Free shipping for orders over $50, available sitewide, and limited time only" to make people rush to buy. Then they charge you when you check out. My bag even said "Great! You've bagged free express shipping! And then I get charged. I contacted them to explain everything with screenshots. And all I got was oh no it said something else and wasn't for all products, and it clearly said "available sitewide" with the other comment assuring I got free shipping when I checked out. They also usually reply to any complain with some automatic nonsense. Modanisa got some great products. But If they continue to treat customers horribly after they spent their hard earn money, they will lose them. Stop false advertising and dismissing customers complains. I really hope a Muslim based company can do better!

I am so utterly disappointed with the service provided by modanisa. 3 times in a row, they sent me the wrong order, and when I tried contacting them they kept saying 'your product matches the order' and then 'case closed'. I've never dealt with such terrible service in my life. I will definitely not be purchasing from modanisa ever again. I ended up having to pay for something I hadn't even ordered.

Don't order anything you might not want to keep. You have to pay for shipping yourself, and its around 5-6 euros (here in Europe), even if they accidentally send you the wrong item, you still have to carry the costs yourself. I regret having purchased from here alot.

This company is a scam! This is a warning to all Canadian customers, DON'T BUY MODANISA CLOTHES! The quality of the items is very poor, the fabrics are horrible and above all, you have to pay the return shipping fee if you don't like the product! What is this? In other words, you're stuck with anything you buy, wether you like it or not, what a waste of money!

This company is a total scam. I ordered 6 products and they delivered only 2. I reported this immediately and for weeks they have been giving me the runaround that they are looking at CCTV footage and trying to contact fedex to find out what happened. This is a total fraud. I have purchased two dresses online from Modanisa in November and the cargo Company FedEx driver delivered my package to some wrong address. The picture on fedex proof of delivery is not my door. I reached out to Modanisa explaining my issue and today is December 31, they still haven't resolved my issues. I have been checking my status with them almost every other day and they have been very incompetent. I reached out to FedEx and they mentioned that Modanisa needed to file a case since they did a direct business with them. My credit card company has billed me already and I have been going through a nightmare with how Modanisa has been handling my situations.The only way I can reach out to them is through chat and each time is a random person. I just want to let my word out that, you will have to go through the worst nightmare with Modanisa if your package gets misplaced or lost

The products either have defects or bad quality/ not as expected and wrong size majority of them run smaller than it should be.
After 10 days of opening a case and sending all the pictures proof needed, i received an automatic email says that the case is closed and the issue is resolved.!
Not to mention that the return policy is a joke, you need to pay 10$ for the return no matter what the reason (and if the package wasn't accepted in turkey, it is your problem then to send it back for an other 10$ or not)
It was the first purchase and definitely the last one too.

This is the first time I order from Modanisa and will be last
I order my favorite things according to their catchy photos and advartising but it turned to rubbish of Turkey
They make money, bad service very fast for delivery but no return bare from now there is no return service, they know why not providing return service as in SHEIN because they know that %100 of their item will be returned to them rubishhhhhh again bad quality.

Latest order:
Despite our last deception, we placed another order this week (March 2018) and this time I would like to express our gratitude to Modanisa for the fast delivery (less than one week) and the quality of the received items.
History:
I made an order beginning of August 2017 but they sent me the wrong article and despite my different email and contacts I haven't received any response for more then one and a half month, BE AWARE THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I highly recommend to not buy anything from them.
Update1: even the response from Modanisa shows the non respect that they have regarding their customers and the bad quality of service provided by this company. They asked for the order number although I provided more than 10 times to their support (if it exists).
Update2: As mentioned by the last response from Modanisa, yes I was finally refunded but I think that I had to not wait all this time and spend all this effort for a simple return request especially that the mistake was in their side (wrong delivery). If you compare what other online shops in Germany offer you as quality of service you realize how bad is the one offered by Modanisa. Even without any delivery error you can easily (and free) with these shops return an item just because it does not look like you expected. My message to Modanisa is: if you don't work on improving your quality of service and if you don't offer a process to easily return non desired items, you will lose all your customers soon or later.
