Horrible shipping times. Electronics came from China with over a month to wait; no updates and the tracker was not accurate. Service was lacking; communication was poor and noncommittal stating the product would "be there in the next few days." When is did not arrive on time and I asked about a refund they want to charge a re-stock fee? Garbage...

Strangest online purchase ever. Never got any response to multiple emails, just a refund notice and confirmation through PayPal. No explanation or anything, but it was the full amount. It was weird. I'd rather have the masks I ordered, but at least I got my money.

It's scam, I bought a dash cam from this site. The item which I recieved is totally different description, it's cheaply made feather light, No 4 k resolution, no rear recording and no 128 gb slot, the description of cam on Web site is totally different. They asked me pics of product when I asked to return it back and I did send the pics but never heard back from them, this Web site should be taken down, They are bunch of crooks conning people, wish I had read reviews before buying product from them.

This company is bogus! They took my money for an item I ordered back in December 2019, and here it is January 22,2020, and I still haven't received my item. They kept telling me my order is on it's way. Last time I checked the tracking number they provided, it stated it was sitting in New Hampshire, and I live in VT. It doesn't take 2 weeks to cross the border! When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding. Pay the extra money and go for a reputable company! They are a SCAM!

I purchased four of these mask. The first time I put one on it tore. I have written two e-mails to Modern Beyond to ask for a replacement of this mask. I have sent a picture of it where it was tore. To date I have yet to receive a message from them. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I felt that I was entitled to a replacement mask or a message from them on how to return the one that was broken for a replacement one.

Bought 2 portable humidifiers... Items came from China and were not as pictured... not even the same product design and the instructions were in Chinese and broken English... I would not recommend buying from them as the only thing to do to contact customer service is type in a text box form. No address, no phone number. Definitely sham company from China and I fell for it. Pictures are what was on the website and what I got.

Not as described. Dollar store quality. Requested a video and photo to get return instructions- which were partial and deduct 15% restocking fee. I doubt I'd ever receive ac refund. The shoes are such poor quality i wouldn't even GIVE them away. Trash. $35 wasted. Do not buy from this horrible store.

I ordered 2 rolls of seeded grass mats. What I received was 2 folded pieces of green material with no seed and the picture showed a roll and how you just unroll it on your lawn. It came in an envelope. I sent them pictures and how I was disappointed in their misleading advertisement. I replied back twice and they will not answer me. Stay away from this company. What appeared to be a good product turned into useless material.

Just look for their reviews online and you will find they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Everything they sell comes from Asia so if you do not mind waiting 1,2 months perhaps never you are probably going to be disappointed. They immediately send a tracking number to stall the fact you have to wait weeks for that product to arrive in the USA. Buy at your own risk.

This company is a fraud. They take your money by deceiving about their products and do not respond to emails regarding returns. So I am stuck with an item that I don't have any use for. This is because there were no dimensions of the product and the video was false( borrowed from another company). They are deceiving costumers and not answering or responding to emails.

Your order processing, time in transit of items, personal notes and xtras were excellent. You also handled a return expeditiously and I thank you for that. I have recommended your co. Received cheap paper single ply mask from Korea. Do not order from them, they are ripping people off. Taking money for expensive product and sending junk trash paper instead. For shame tsking advantage of people. Worthless company and no reply to my requests.

Frustrated because of an inability to place an order online using a promotional received in my email, but email conversation with your customer service was pleasant, quick and productive. She immediately knew the issue and resolved it. I was also able to get feedback regarding merchandise for a future purchase I may make.

So far one of the best online place to get home goods items. They offer huge discount. The spring sale is just awesome. I just got my order delivered and its worth it. I would definitely purchase from them, the next time as they have a very supportive staff and very quick service. So i would definitely recommend all of you to purchase from this best store.

Actual thing is less than 6 inches tall. They put it in my mailbox. $59.95. Utter ripoff, and there is no return policy, and the product is no longer on their website.
Avoid Modern Beyond.

I ordered two Ultrasonic Portable Air Humidifiers and after a month had to re-contact Modern Beyond. They blamed it on the post service and began the order again. When the products arrived neither of them worked as described and instead glowed multi-colors, a feature I did not purchase.

Now they have ignored multiple emails and attempts to receive a refund. Never again will I trust Modern Beyond.

Don't buy from this $#*!ing company I order four Anoraks 100% wool and they send me some garbage made out of expandex cotton acrylic $5 worth of material and rip me off for the total of $316.68 now they refuse to refund me a full refund which they promise I've been waiting for over a month a warning to any customer this company uses the bait and switch method and selling all kinds of merchandise cheap Chinese $#*!

Ordered reading glasses which took exactly one month to receive. Glasses are nice but did not include the case which clearly was to be sent with the order. Poor communication. Delayed delivery. Incomplete order. Three strikes.

1st they sent me info tracking -no such site. 2nd they gave different dates. I ordered the correct size and their site states order true size. They sent me a size 9 or 10. You didn't need to try them on because they were that much to big. I have a copy of my order that states a size 71/2. They try to say I ordered wrong size. I will continue this till I am satisfied with my refund. They kept the shoes I sent back and the money. Maureen PS I don't know how to add images.

If you are thinking about the air pillow, just don't. It is filled with a different material than stated, in fact it is probably just cheap poly stuffing. The zip off cover is a very cheap polyester fabric with strings coming out all over. I would not be writing this except they are taking advantage of the fact that so many people have sleep issues. Also you could not possibly get good sleep laying your head on cheap polyester. Also, by the time you receive it they will say your 7 days to return are up. Scam!

Bought a product on 04/27. Order confirmed and Modern Beyond charged my credit card. No product was sent. I emailed several times with no response. I then went through the website on 06/05 asking for a full refund and received a response right away on 06/06. The CSR stated that they resent my product and would take 3 to 4 days. Still nothing has been received. Still trying to get a full refund. Do not buy from this website!

I ordered a pack of 5 masks and it was delivered in 4 days. I live in Pennsylvania where the local pharmacies were sold out of masks. Pleased with my purchase and was glad they are reusable as I can wash them without having to waste money on disposable masks.

Have to give it a 1. Charged my card but never got the product. Can't find the account. (Doubtful) I Hate petty thieves if that's the case.
