Our flooring and bathroom remodel took 3-4 times the amount of time we were told and no one from the store called us to check on our satisfaction during this time, only communicating with the contractor. The sales process was very good but communications with the store owner after that were very poor. She is very sarcastic and difficult to deal with. The contractor told us that he has heard her talk that way with other customers. We noticed our shower drain filter was tarnished in a corner approximately six months after it was installed. When we contacted the store owner about this she said that we need to hire a cleaning company to better clean our bathroom! We contacted the manufacture who immediately sent us the $10 part but we could not remove the old one as it was apparently not installed correctly. Again, she took no responsibility for this. We had a number of other issues with the quality of workmanship including the shower door not being square, requiring a custom fit, work needing to be redone, etc. If you want poor workmanship, your house in disarray for months instead of weeks, a company that does not stand behind their work and a sharp tongued store owner, this is the place.
