I have ordered a few pops now on mom's basement and receive all my pops in great condition. They are always packaged well and most of them arrive in mint condition. I have also sent emails to the team and they are always very helpful. They have really hard to find pops which makes this site great, especially for people outside of the USA. I do think some of the pops can be very pricey but overall experience with them has been awesome.
Purchased two items to buy that were on their website (2) Blue Eyes White Dragon Funkos to complete my Kaiba w/ 3 Blue Eyes set as I already had 1. Prior to this purchase I had spoken to the shop earlier about ordering other items and they said they'd look into finding a cheaper shipping cost, but within 1/2 an hour raised the price by $15 on each item. When I saw this happen I figured I should just purchase the Blue Eyes as I had a feeling they would do the same thing to that pop and placed an order last night. Lo and Behold, I got an email this morning that there were "inventory/stock" issues and they sent me a refund. I'm all for supporting local smaller shops, but not shopping from them again!

Ordered on a Saturday, and the package was out Wednesday, delivered on Thursday. It's awesome, made it just in time. Neatly and sufficiently packed for safety of my order. Thank you, MBC!
Very easy to navigate site. Haven't gotten my pops yet, but looking forward to them! Live in Canada and sometime the exclusives are hard to find here. Great selection too! Thanks!

Amazing experience, I love Mom's basement! Very easy and user friendly UI. Will definitely be shopping here again and can't wait for what else they Mom's basement come up with.
I like the option to make an account to save your info, I don't mind getting the email notifications for pre ordering, in stock and new arrivals since all their items are exclusive, gives you the opportunity to grab your favourites quickly. The shipping costs aren't that bad considering I'm in Canada and the items are tracked the entire way. The items are wrapped carefully with bubble wrap and put it a box marked fragile. The items come unflawed with even small imperfections.
I got my My Hero Academia exclusive box right when the shipping update said I would get it. Perfect condition. Very pleased. So excited to have Endeavour and Baby Deku pop figures in my collection <3
Overall good experience. Some pops are overpriced but this one was not. Very fast shipment and great packaging on the pop. Would do business again for the right price.
Moms basement collectibles is amazing! You can get chase, exclusive, and common Funko pops sent to you. I was worried about damge in the shipping process but every pop I received was in mint condition. The other great thing is they will not over charge you for what you are getting ever collectible is at the price it should be not to mention they have great bundle deals. They have new and older Funko pops available as well as other collectibles you really cant go wrong!
I was very excited to find this site and get these hard to find pops! The only thing keeping my rating from 5 stars is that there was a small crease in one of the boxes. Otherwise, perfect! And I will likely be buying from Mom's Basement again!
Being new to collection and hearing about so many scams made we cautionsly aware of purchasing online. I had a couple of question answered in a very timely manner and was very happy with the transparency through the process. Would definitely purchase from Mom's Basement again.
Hard to find item! So happy I got this in tome for my Niece for Christmas. Great packaging as well. Very happy and will recommend.
Came in on time. But its was damaged on the top of the lid of the box. Feels bad that my sora flocked pop was damged.

One of two pops were squished as the bubble wrap was too tight. Good selection of pops though. Prefer pop protector instead

Thanks to this page I finally manage to get Toxic Rick. This because some page don't sale products to Europe or the shipment is expensive. Overall, good price, the time was the indicate and the package was wonderful! 100% Recommend
