My review is not of the quality of the product rather the lack of professionalism of customer service. I'll be brief and to the point. I purchased a toddler's puffer coat but returned it (new with tags) because it was too small. I returned it on time and paid for return shipping. My refund was smaller than what I thought it should be. I contacted CS via email but their response was vague, citing Terms & Conditions. When I pressed them about T&C, their response was even vaguer. Additionally, I detected negative tone in their response. It sounded condescending. I pointed out the negative connotation in their statement but received no reply. I followed up later but was ignored. I also emailed the owner/CEO of the company (s**************@moncouturier.com) but she never replied. To date, there has been no follow up to any of my emails. From the get-go, I didn't care about the refund. I just wanted was a logical explanation of how their refund policy works. Instead, I received an unclear explanation and rude statements from CS.
