Monotiques

I ordered 7 pairs of jeans from the company back in 03/2017. Reason being, for a tall, plus sized female the length & fit was PERFECT. My order was "Returned to Sender" due to my unit number not being on the shipping address (which I totally understand). But, these guys changed the delivery status to "delivered" & blocked me on Instagram. After COUNTLESS emails I decided to create a new IG page just to msg them & they blocked me on that account as well! Thank God I didn't fall for their Black Friday deals because... I'm BEYOND glad these guys got removed, I do feel bad for all those who lost hundreds of dollars, this company will DEFINITELY get what they deserve. Bunch of crooks.

I am so disappointed. My first order with this company because of youtuber reviews. No word from them despite many attempts to contact. They could have at least reach out to the customers to follow on any delays. Wow... in all my years of ordering online this is the first time my money is literally stolen. I hope youtubers who publicize this company come forward to assist in this situation by at least putting the word out.

I ordered from them just to avoid FashionNova, and I regret making such an impulse purchase. When I saw "Fast Shipping & Easy Return On All Orders Fully Tracked" on their site, I was impressed. But, I found out last minute that their return policy is no full refund, return shipping is on you (which is fine), but you only get store credit back (which is NOT fine). I contacted them within 5 minutes of placing the order to see if I can cancel, and they purposely ignored my email for days, then shipped out my package anyway. Again, I take that as my loss and mistake.

But to this day, I have yet to hear from them to reply to at least tell me "sorry we can't cancel the order". While the package did come 2-3 days as they advertised, I'm never purchasing from here again. If you're familiar with Aphrodite jeans and don't mind a store-credit-only return policy, shop here. They do ship fast. Otherwise, steer clear; their business model is like FashionNova and they are only known from Instagram, nowhere else. If you expect decent customer service and a shopping experience like a real retailer, you won't find it here.

I came across Monotiques when I was watching YouTubers. They were obviously given these jeans for free to promote them because not a single one of them mentioned the store-credit only return policy. Oh, and the website shows the jeans zoomed in at the pockets as if the pockets exist. I bought 4 pairs and not a single one had real front pockets and it's not stated anywhere on the product's description.

I've previously bought from them before and had no problem, my order was shipping within 2 days and I may say these are my favorite jeans by far. So I decided to order some more on Black Friday, it's been over a week, my items still aren't shipped. I tried emailing them twice & messaging them on instagram and haven't gotten a response. Guess what? They deleted their instagram page and website! So basically they ripped us off & stole our hard earned money around the holidays. I don't even want my jeans anymore, just a refund.

I placed my first order on November 23rd which were 9 bottoms.(jeans) I have yet to receive my package, shipping info etc. I can understand that's it's hectic around the holidays but don't toy with me nor my monies. There is no number to call so I guess I will have to call my Credit Card company and see what we can do. Never again. I rarely order me items because I always do for others then when I do, this bs happens. Not a business that I want to do business with anymore. Hope you all get to get your funds back or your items.

Like so many others, I ordered during the Black Friday sale. My order was never shipped and my email was not answered. Instead of messing around further, I contacted Paypal who was able to refund me! I urge everyone to do the same, or to contact their bank! Just for fun I searched the website today, only to find its gone! What in the world is this nonsense! If the same thing happen to you Please Please contact your bank or Paypal.

I have ordered from Monotiques two times in past and no problems. I also ordered 5 pairs of jeans on Black Friday for $70. Never received a tracking. Never received my jeans either. After a couple of weeks I emailed them and no response. Site is no longer available. Have emailed them a couple of more times and no response. I payed through my PAYPAL and have an open case against them to try to get my money back. I will also be contacting the BBB on this.

I ordered from this company based on youtube reviews and now realize those ladies was paid to rave about there jeans. I ordered the first time and got my package a week late. The Jean's are ok, and i actually liked the stretch. However, I ordered again on black Friday and it has been a week and no shipping of my purchase nor a response from customer service by email, these people blatantly dont care about there customers. I have started a dispute for my money back on paypal. A real shame how such a shady company getting rave reviews by Instagram models and youtube gurus. I do not recommend this company at all!

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from them. They showed up about a week late, one of the pairs isnt even the one I ordered. I actually like them a lot so I decided not to send them back even though there a bit small.

I found this site after watching countless youtube videos. I wanted good Jean but wanted to avoid fashionnova because they have bad customer service. Its has been six days and two emails and several messages and I have not heard a word from the company. I am so surprised by the blatant disregard for customers from a company which is so highly endorsed. Lesson learned plz don't believe the hype!

I have ordered from them before and everything was perfect. So I decided to order for CyberMonday now today I went on their website and I see they shut it down so basically these scamming people took our money knowing that they won't ever going to send our items! If you know you can't handle Black Friday and CyberMonday sales then why do it. I gotta get my money back either way!

I placed an order for 9 pair of jeans on November 30th and there has been no tracking activity as of yet. I first heard about "Monotiques" from a "YouTube" channel. I've sent multiple, multiple emails in the last 2 days in regards of this issue and still now response. Am I being scammed? Or is this just some kind of delay. Items or money back please

I ordered jeans on Cyber Monday 2018 I have yet to receive an email that my order has shipped. I have emailed customer service several times and I have yet to receive a response. This was my first time ordering with them... It won't happen again. My cc has bee charged but I still have no merchandise. There isn't a phone number listed so you can only email. I even sent a message on IG... no response.

Same problem as everyone else I ordered $100 worth of jeans and haven't received ish. I wrote shopify the domain were they setup their shop. They couldn't tell me whether they shut down their shop or temporarily disabled it they told me to file a claim with my bank and I did! I suggest everyone to do the same. I also filed a claim with BBB.

I order clothes on Black Friday, they didn't ship my jeans and shut down their site and Instagram. From everyone else's review apparently they don't respond to emails either and I just send one. This is BS.

I ordered 10 pair of jeans on Black Friday and never received notification that my items had been shipped out. I sent out an email an received no response. I went into the website today to try to check the status of my order only to find that they've shut down their Shopify store and Instagram! These people are crooks!

If you were one of the people who ordered around Black Friday and never received your order, file a claim at bbb.org. If we have enough they can do something about it.

I ordered from here twice in the past and love there jeans but I just ordered three pairs for black friday deal and haven't gotten my money!, a response to my email and their website is shut down! If you are dealing with the same issue write a bbb report and they will go after them.

I placed a complaint with BBB because I ordered and never got my package or any response after 3 emails. Anyone else dealing with this issue should do the same. Today I searched for the website and their Instagram and both have disappeared. Hopefully something can be resolved because I never got my $ back!

I have ordered from them and I honestly loved their jeans. The fit was AMAZING. I decided to place another order for Cyber Monday and I never received tracking number. I saw a lot of people commenting on their Instagram page and today they shut down the IG page and their store website. I am confused if they scammed all of us or why would they shut down their IG page as well as store page.

I ordered from monotique 14 days ago and I have yet to receive an email confirming that my items have been shipped. I ordered b4 black Friday un order to avoid a delay and items havent been shipped yet that's ridiculous! My emails also haven't been responded. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau

I have also ordered from them in November and its been 3 weeks no tracking number and no package and i also went on the website and it looks taken down, but they had no problem taking my money. I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

I ordered on on cyber Monday and no tracking no confirmation not response to my emails the website is closed. I've ordered 2times and no problem... what the heck is up!
