Montessoriclimber

I made the mistake of ordering from them. Their website said I would receive my order in 2-3 weeks. After placing my order the emailed saying it would be delayed by one week due to covid causing shipping delays. Then at the 4 week mark (when I was promised my climber by) they finally emailed saying it had shipped 1/25 and I would receive it in 7-10 day via UPS. ON 1/30 I received another email say UPS decided they would not be shipping the item and that they would going to be sending them with DHL (starting to get sketchy but tried to get them the benefit of the doubt). On 1/2 I was finally able to get someone of the phone after multiple calls and emails, I was told the package would be delivered 2/10 by DHL. Late but great I was finally getting my order. That night they sent me an email canceling my order with zero expectations. After contacting them again they said it was too expensive to ship my order and canceled it. So I waited almost 6 weeks for them to cancel my daughter first birthday present and then have over $400 of my money this entire time.
