Ordered a printed piece of plastic to cover my dishwasher. After over a month it arrived badly damaged. I asked the company to either replace it or send a new one. The purchase was $29, they offered me $6. I contacted Pay Pal only to be told they would issue a refund if I returned the product, which would coat me $16. This company is bad. Do Not order anything from them.

This company is in China, ordered a dishwasher skin/decal 3 months later still have not received and so far PayPal has not refunded. $29 out the window

Alert:
In November 2020, BBB initiated an investigation into Monvellia after receiving several complaints from consumers alleging never receiving ordered items and receiving an item of low quality that looked nothing like the product displayed on its website.
In its investigation, BBB found Monvellia was using a residential address in San Antonio that was in no way affiliated with Monvellia. Furthermore, BBB reviewed its website and discovered all of its pictures appeared to be photoshopped and were not originally made by Monvellia. Monvellia's website was also created in May 2020.
BBB contacted Monvellia requesting it address these concerns, but no response was received.
