The website says they're based in Chicago and you can return items but everything is shipped from China and must be shipped back to China. A $30 bra costs over $40 to ship back with tracking by US Postal service. The merchandise received was cheaply made and their sizing chart was NOT accurate. A bra ‘large fits DD cup' is actually a C cup.DON'T SHOP HERE!

It's Feb 12 I've put and order in on January 20. I haven't gotten any updates. The tracking number they gave me is invalid. I can't contact anyone. Buyer beware. Scammer
SCAM SITE! They always have "sales" but the countdown timer always says 16 mins left. They also rip off other sites photos and info and pretend they are authorised sellers. I reached out to 2 of the brands and they informed me that this site is a scam site and does knockoffs of their products! BEWARE!
The product I bought was highly rates and was offered by Moonhara. What I received was a Chinese knock off. As this was a blood pressure monitor using an unknown model can be dangerous. Moonhara wont give you a full refund and wont pay for the return postage. Please look for alternatives to this Hong Kong based company.
