Wrong part sent Charging 20% restock fee plus shipping on me. On the return form they marked it as customer doesn't need anymore. I added pictures of the old heater panel in my wrangler then showing the new panel showing the difference. They would not acknowledge it's not the same. I WOULD NOT do business with this seller.

The website is horrible. Find your parts elsewhere! Picked the part I need based on part number, confirmed in the (incorrect) exploded view drawing and (incorrect) photo of the part, and MoparPartsGiant shipped the part for the other side. Now they won't provide a refund and won't acknowledge their problem. Another tip-off is not yet even having 2022 model year data on the website search function.

Ordered front and rear splash guards from there website after putting in my vehicle information. Received the splash guards and could not use them because they were clearly for a different model Ram truck. None of the "no-drill" holes lined up and shape did not match my truck, the part number was for a newer generation Ram truck. I was not mad at the time but followed the directions for returning merchandise, provided a description of the issue, took pictures showing part numbers and the splash guard next to my truck, clearly showing they will not work. They ended up denying my return because I took the splash guards out of the plain plastic un-sealed bag that they came in for the pictures they asked me to provide them. After calling their customer service I was told that they will not accept open items for return and that I did not order the correct part so it is my fault.

I have already made some purchases with MoparPartsGiant, and the first time, after I made the purchase in the morning, I received an email saying that the order can only be processed if I pay via paypal, very disappointing, they hope to place the order, stop because from several times they say that they only accept payment by paypal. Thank you very much

After giving my pin number, I still receive the wrong part, now they want me to pay to return their part. I am not paying for their mistake. Charge back to Credit card I never do business with them again.

Never doing business with them again, I recommend charging back the credit card

I did not end up using any product, and it seems they will not pay for the product to go back to them so I am stuck with the product I cannot use

Only ONE extension came. Picture on their website showed two seatbelt extensions for my 93 Dodge D350. Price of $54.40. On top of that bc it's a vintage truck I was charged an additional $9.95 for vintage parts, as well as $13.27 shipping for a grand total of $77.62. FOR ONE SEATBELT EXTENTION! I called, so sorry it pictures two, you only get the one. I have been looking for this part for two years, never thought I'd get screwed so hard by Mopar!

They suck as a company. Screw the people trying to do work themselves

Had two orders first order was for an air cleaner bracket, and I received a light. Second order came damaged. Their customer service is awful and a very not so friendly return customer service is awful. They make it almost impossible to return or exchange anything.

Don’t order. There return or exchange process is a complete joke and all threw email. A very slow process and sometimes they do t even return messages

I purchased a part from this vendor. I paid the price that was shown on the website. I then got another email stating that the price had gone up and I needed to pay an additional amount. In contacting the company, I felt that this was a poor way to conduct business and, to me, it was unethical.
The reply I got was far from what I would consider good customer relations. It was short and did not address my questions about the business practice and the ethics of asking for more money after the initial price has been paid.
This was the worst response they could have sent. Customer relations is not this company's long suit.
Beware of any purchase you make.

I hope by writing this review I can prevent at least one person from giving this terrible company money.

I ordered some parts from them and, after waiting a week and not hearing anything, I contacted their live chat to cancel the order and bought the parts locally. Now, several weeks later, they are emailing me the order is in progress and shipping soon. I called to cancel and was told my order is "uncancellable" and "unreturnable". After hours of arguing and multiple representatives, they refused to cancel the order, provide any proof that I agreed to these terms, or provide a transcript of my chat from weeks ago in which I was told it was cancelled. I just received an email the order has shipped so now I'm stuck with these duplicate parts. I tried to cancel multiple times PRIOR to them even ordering the parts from Mopar directly to resell to me.

Products used:
I ordered several Mopar official accessories, and used none of it as they took about a month to ship and I purchased them locally instead.

This company sold me a radio that it said was compatible with my vehicle. Well, it wasn't. I offered to exchange it for the right radio and was told there are no exchanges. I applied for a refund and they said no refunds. In plain English they ripped me off for $500!

I had part numbers in hand. I called them and asked if they were in stock. They said yes. The next day I got an email stating the parts are on backorder. I called them and asked about the exact same parts. They told me that they had them in stock AGAIN! They have charged my card. Now I will file a fraud claim. Notice the email has a reply button to click, yet at the bottom it says it's a notification email only and cannot accept incoming email. This joke of a company is a circus with monkeys running it

These people at Mopar Parts Giant are complete crooks! I ordered a new body control module for my 2017 RAM 2500 and I received a USED one! I called them and they said they would reply by email which requested pictures. I sent pictures showing very clearly that this is not only dirty, but you can plainly see that it had been screwed down before. They replied to the pictures saying that it looks new and they would do nothing. I called back AGAIN to argue the point and said I wasn't going to pay $150 to have it programmed to the truck to find out it is bad as well. I ordered a NEW part, NOT a used one...crickets...

Called today to inquire about a specific part. A young man answered when I used option #5, general questions. He was incredibly rude and impatient. He did not want to offer any assistance and told me I would need to give him my email address if wanted any help. I provided my email and before saying anything else he hung-up on me. I have had better customer service from drive-thru's.

I ordered a Crankshaft sensor from Parts Giant for my Jeep for approx. $150. It was noted on their website that the part was discontinued and a replacement would be sent to me. I received the part, opened the bag, attempted to install it and it physically would not fit. I took it down to my local Jeep dealer and they said that Parts Giant sent me the wrong part as it was for a PT Cruiser. The Jeep dealer sold me the correct part for 2/3 less of the price of this one. I attempted to return the incorrect part to Parts Giant and they denied the claim because I had opened the bag and they do not accept returns on electrical parts. I explained to them that I had to open the bag to see if it would fit. I found that it would not physically fit so I didn't connect it nor did I go any further with the install. I just put back in the bag to return it. I filled out the RMA form online, sent pictures to them and was denied the claim due to the bag being opened and they don't accept back electrical parts. I called their customer service to talk to live person and explained what happened to the representative, who said she was a supervisor, that the wrong part was sent to me through no fault of my own. They would not budge and denied my claim so now I am out $150 from their mistake. I will not be ordering parts from this place again. Their customer service is horrible!

Ordered several body parts for my jeep, $1200 worth. Got 2 e-mails from them saying my order needed attention. First said that the floor pan I order was out of stock even though website said it was in stock, even said it was in stock days later. Second said that the price of other parts had gone up, some as much as
50%. Called customer service and was told that they couldn't keep all prices on their website current and that if I read their sales policy that I can either pay the difference or cancel my order, my choice. So I ponied up the dough because they were the only ones to have the parts I needed. They also run under a couple of other names like mopar parts wholesaler.

Be prepared for price changes

Ordered a part. They shipped incorrect part. They are now holding my part/money hostage until I ship their $40 part back. The correct thing to do would have been to apologize and ship the correct part immediately. Fat chance.

There is no way a large clean air duct can be mistaken for a hood latch release(photo). Also the part numbers aren't even a close match. I'm currently disputing the charge with PayPal.

They would not give any company owner information. I'm starting to think mparpartsgiant.com is simply a scam. DO. NOT USE.

Don't use their site. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

I flipped through Google and this web site came along with the part I was looking for with a 2-3 day shipping after payment. Well, it goes on and on about the part is in the system, we don't actually stock those parts, the error was in the ad, we will update you when shipped, your refund is immediate.So far I'm out my 90 bucks, no part or refund. It's a scam company to me! So, just read the reviews off of their website, not theirs!

The part I received were damaged beyond use. I got the run around for over three months, which ultimately turned into no communication from them. When I inquired they said I had to contact the shipping company. I didn't buy from the shipping company, they didn't stand behind their choice of shipper. The have taken my money and ignored my problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOPAR PARTS GIANT, there are much better companies to work with.

Use a different part supplier, one that takes care of their customer and has good communication.

1) Ordered assembly that showed inclusion of 2 sensors. Received assembly without the sensors. Ho hum, diagram was not correct; pay our fault!
2) Ordered sensors. All received sensors where unmarked and identical. Allowed to return duplicate. Tried to cancel order; was told I can't because it's 'electrical'. Don't buy from this company!

They sent me DEFECTIVE parts that I returned and are now back ordered. Refusal to refund and refusal to provide a date when the parts will be in. Talk to two different managers and both are unwilling to help. Never give this place your money for any reason. I'm being punished because THEY sent me DEFECTIVE parts

Terrible customer service. I ordered a product with a part number specific to my vehicle, used their site to confirm that the product would fit my vehicle, and was sent a product with a different part number. I immediately put the product back in the box and reached out to their customer service team. After many days of back and forth, they agreed to take the part back but told me they would deduct the return shipping cost as well as a 20% restocking fee from their website. On a $200 product, we are not talking about a few bucks lost. Customer service over the phone and e-mail were useless. They told me I should have used their live chat or contacted customer service ahead of time to make sure I would receive the part number I was looking for... (?). Don't waste your money with this site and go through one of the other dozens of Jeep part manufacturers instead.

They are very misleading with their parts. Told me I was getting aluminum and they sent plastic. I was told I was responsible for 20% restocking fee and shipping.Then it took forever to get a label but after the horrible experience I already had I was afraid to ship on my own! For fear it’d conveniently get lost!
