I'm not a person to go around writing negative feedback, I try to look for the positive in all business transactions. Morgann Hill Designs does not return phone calls, emails or send tracking numbers. The sign was a cheap looking & light is an understatement; the product is on a piece of very thin (1/4") plywood. I ordered Feb. 25th & received the product earlier this week. Ridiculous turn around for a such a simple, fragile and less than comparable item. Groupon or no groupon - recommend taking your business elsewhere. Royally Unsatisfied!

Morgann Hill Designs does not return phone calls, emails or send tracking numbers. The sign was a cheap looking & light is an understatement; the product is on a piece of very thin (1/4") plywood. I ordered from this company last year and my items did not make it in time for Christmas. BUT I then was stupid enough to order from them again this year. I have sent 5 emails to find out the status of my order. On Jan 2 I receive and email that my product shipped - it did and I only received half my order. NOW I can't get anyone to contact me regarding the other half of the order -and these were Christmas gifts. Also, I am embarrassed to give Elegant Scroll last Name Sign - it is awful! DO NOT Trust a company that does not offer a phone number!

Ordered in March from Groupon got in May so time frame was what I expected. Was such cheap quality name sign and not black iron as I expected. This is a wedding gift and afraid if I give for outside hanging that first rain will destroy it. Still love the design but now wish I had read reviews first.

I would never order from this company again... absolutely no customer service, you cannot even submit an inquiry as when you put in the special code letters, you always get a message that it was input incorrectly. Plus, the product does not arrive and the order page says processing. I ordered this from Groupon, NEVER AGAIN. Trying to contact Groupon about it but their site is down too - amazing customer service all around.

Tip for consumers:
think hard before you order from them, maybe you will get product or response within a year if you are lucky.

STAY AWAY! The absolute worst company ever if you want customer service! I ordered cutting boards in late November with a guarantee that I would receive them before Christmas. Today is January 14th and order is still not complete. I still cant get anyone to respond to me or my emails. Horrible, horrible service!

I ordered a sign early Nov through Groupon for a Christmas present. I was told sign would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After a month I tried contacting the company to see where my order was. Their phone line didn't work. I continuously got an automated response to all my e-mails saying they were processing my order. I finally appealed to Groupon who I believe eventually contacted them. My sign came in the mail in the middle of January. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK! Basically consisted of stick-on letters on what appears to be a heavy-duty piece of cardboard. If someone told me they paid less than $5 for the product I would have believed them. I see that there were 377 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau on this company over the past 12 months. Enough said! Don't let them rip you off, too.

I am still waiting on my order for two "Custom Name Signs" I placed in January. Here it is May and I have yet to receive them or reply from my various emails.

This is one of the worst on-line companies I have ever dealt with.
Their customer service is terrible. Non responsive.
I asked them not to ship as I went to Australia for 2 months. Totally ignored
I ordered cutting boards for Christmas in October. They arrived in January!
They were not properly packed and were damaged.
Never again!

My review is the same as everyone else... never received my merchandise and their customer service is non existent! They even have an F on the BBB... wish I would of checked in to them further before I wasted my time with them!

Complete rip off artists. Bought at 60$ personalized cutting board and they sent (9 weeks later) a piece of crap that an F student 7th grader could have done in shop class. No customer service and refuses to answer requests. Probably a US front for cheap Chinese rip off items. Stay away...

Horrible customer service. There is no number to contact them only email and when you email them they don't respond for weeks. My order took forever to get to me and I contacted them via email twice and got a generic response. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this company.

No customer service here. I ordered two wall decors early in November, 2014.
Received one a day ago on January 13, and still have not received the other one. Very disappointed in the quality of the item. Very flimsy. I would not give this as a gift to my worst enemy. What a rip off!

Had to pick a rating... no star! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Order through living social, oct. 2014, a wedding sign with hand painted dates, and names, never recieve my order. Tried so many times to contact, with no results. Finally called living social, and Morgan Hill responded with a email that I didn't read their contract about delivery times.
Then recieved a email asking to me to be patient, they were overloaded with orders.
What really upset me was, she used her husband, being a vet., in Afganistan, as to why they started their business, and please don't give us a bad review! Please don't order from this site, you will never get your order.
Mine has been showing processing for weeks now. I also seen in other reviews, their work is real shabby. Not hand painted, but lettering that is stuck on. Also seen where they have threaten their customers. Learned my lesson, will read reviews, before ever ordering off of any site, even, living social, or groupon!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 all wood cutting boards for Christmas presents and it not only took 8 weeks to get here but it was such a disappointment. Not only did the boards have scratches on them but you need a magnifying glass to see the engraving. When you go on the web page the boards look like a normal size cutting board (they are not cheap at 59.00) with detailed writing. When you get them they are a piece of junk that I could have done on a better board with a wood engraver. And you are all so right about customer service, no numbers to get through to. Never again: BUYER BEWARE

I have sent several "tickets" to the company stating that my cutting boards came without the proper engraving (only automated responses were received back from the company). I contacted Groupon where I originally bought the certificate to purchase the cutting boards and they were unable to get ahold of MorganHillDesigns either! Not only were they promised to arrive before Christmas and came a month late, they don't have the engravings as shown on the pictures. They are cheap looking and I could not give them as the gifts they were intended to be as I am embarrassed for them.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to give them one - they deserve nothing. The services is bad, the product is cheap and nothing like the picture. I ordered the circle initials and in the picture it looks like a nice thick piece, but it is less than 1/8" thick wood. It took 3 months to deliver, which wouldn't have been a problem if they would have been honest. No phone number, just email for correspondence. They did get back to me, but never answered my question, they just tried to skirt around with vague updates..."we are working very hard", "we apologize for the short delay in response", etc. Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company. This piece is not worth the $60 they charge plus $10 for shipping. It is seriously a joke and I've learned my lesson. Trying to save you from the same mistake I made.
