I've just receive all of my orders, the GOT Stark + Targaryen necklace is simply awesome, I bought one for me and one for my friends, we really love it, I'm gonna place another order to buy some Harry Potter stuffs now.

I ordered the Star Wars bottle opener in early December. It is now mid January and my item still never got here. Every time I email to ask the status, I get a reply in broken English stating my item is in "shipping status" Not really sure what that means... But anyway. I demanded a refund and they refused. So I went back to my bank and disputed the charge since it was an obvious scam on their part. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered the Star Wars bottle opener in early December. It is now mid January and my item still never got here. Do not purchase anything from this business! I ordered a necklace months ago and still haven't received it! I emailed them multiple times and they kept reassuring me it was on its way and gave me some tracking order number that never actually showed me any information! My payment was processed quickly but I've never received what I ordered! Now their website isn't even up anymore! Rip off!

Ordered a gift beginning of December, and still have not received it. Inquired several times via email (as they have no customer service phone contact) and received an email in return only saying it had been shipped and in broken English. I suppose it's on a ship from China. Will never order from again and will make sure to post reviews publicly to warn other fellow Americans to buy local and stay away from this crap.

Just like everyone else is saying on this site, I ordered the Millennium Falcon Bottle Opener in November of 2015 and as of Feb 17th 2016 I still haven't got anything. I emailed them and they respond with a bogus 'package tracker' that's not UPS, FedEx or even USPS. So BEWARE I wasted a hard earned $12 on this! Ugh!

Recent found this website via the fact that they offered "Free" items in their store. Discovered that while the items themselves are free the shipping isn't. This wouldn't be a surprise but the tally for your shipping does not update until you're about to hit the pay button. That is to say, it appeared to be $15 up until the final step, when it updated to roughly $150.

I ordered 6 necklaces from them on April 6th 2016. They said it would take 3 - 5 weeks for delivery. I wait patiently & I finally received 5 out of 6 necklaces 7 weeks later. It is July 3rd and still haven't received the last necklace. I have emailed them several times and they would tell me it's on its way and that there was a problem at the factory. Now I haven't heard back from them in over a week and the website is closed down now. It's some BS! The last necklace is supposed to be a birthday gift for my little sister Very unsatisfied customer

This firm took £500.00 out of my building society account and I have not even dealt with them... they must have hacked a site somewhere and got my details... make them join the army and use them as target practice... I question their parentage and whether they had a father...

I bought three pokeballs from this website for a gift a month before the event. Shipping was to take 3-5 weeks and I only got 2/3 pokeballs a month and a half later and am STILL waiting for the third to arrive. They originally didn't give me a tracking number because the items were "too small" but upon my complaint they gave me one to track my order. Terrible customer service communication and two months after waiting for the last part of my order, they refuse to do anything about it. Quality of the pokeballs I did receive was $#*! and not worth the time or money I spent to purchase them.

I am extremely disappointed in their poor service.

I placed an order (#6756) on 20 August 2015, almost 6 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the items purchased.

When I wrote to enquire on the status of the order on 18 September 2015 (2 weeks ago), their representative promised to get back to me within 24 hours. He hasn't responded since.

Update 1: They finally responded to my email on 2 October 2015, after I sent them another email. They claimed that my package was delayed "because of some custom procedure problems". When I asked for a tracking number, they went silent again until 5 October 2015. I received the package on 3 October 2015. Overall, a horrible experience, and I will never buy from them again.

None of my email are getting any response. Their 'deliver tracking' isn't working at all. I have been, of course, billed one hour after my purchase, even before they actually sent me a confirmation email (!)

At this day, I have no idea if I will ever receive my purchase, and am considering sueing them for scamming.

Do not purchase from them.

Movie-aholic customer service is extremely poor. At the time of my purchase, nowhere on their site listed that they did not offer returns or exchanges. I order two adult size "Large" sport shirts that turned out to be EXTREMELY small even for a "sport" shirt (they fit my 5 year old, who is average size for his age). I emailed them to try if I could exchange for a larger size, and they flatly refused to offer any options.

The quality of the shirts was also very poor. The printing was fuzzy and the material was very thin and flimsy. This was a $50 purchase overall. The complete lack of documentation regarding their sales/return policy on their website as well as the total lack of customer service is extremely poor practice.

**Update:** In response to their comment below, their sizing charts are inaccurate. The "Large" t-shirt fits an average size 5 year old. Inaccurate sizing charts are of no use when making a purchase. I stand by my initial review.

I bought two items in the middle of March. I only received one, which was late April. I have STILL NOT RECEIVED the second item I ordered, and they kept throwing me the excuse, "oh they had a problem at the facility, and your item is on the way", bull$#*!. That was back at the beginning of May. I think I was more then patient with them. Here it is almost Mid June, and I am no longer getting any response from them even after telling them I no longer am interested in the product and want a refund. It was over a month ago I asked for that, and I've never receive a response, a refund, or the original item ordered. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

Straight up a fraud. Promises amazing deals on cool stuff, the shipping costs as much as said item would "normally" cost, then hey guess what! You never EVER get the item.

Ordered a SINGLE pokeball from this group on December 18th, 2015. Guess what I dont have? The pokeball I ordered a year ago.

Ordered 3 necklaces 7 weeks ago. I emailed them after 3 weeks and was told that the package was shipped. At week 6 I emailed again with no response. Week 7, email, no response. Where are my f'en necklaces?!?!?!

I ordered the Army pocket watch for my son's birthday. He retired after serving 22 years in the Army & I thought he would like it. After almost 2 months it arrived. The chain was in pieces & the back of the watch was all dented. I emailed them. They answered saying I needed to send pictures of the damaged watch & the shipping label which indicated it was shipped from China. I did as they asked & received another email from them saying they couldn't replace the watch since it came from a 3rd party BUT they would credit me $5 if I ordered another one. I replied they must be crazy to think I would do that & that I am reporting them to the authorities as internet fraud & supplying the authorities with all my information. This is definitely a scam! Please do not fall for it like I did

Shipping is atrotious and each item you add ads more shipping. When i was shopping orriginaly the shipping got up to a hundred dollars for 19 items. 12.95 first item 5 dollars more per item. In the end I bought a shirt pretty satisfied with it but sizes are really small I sugest getting 2 sizes bigger. As for the bottle opener it is really small. Still ussable though. Took a month for everything
