I live in Alaska so I ordered some boots that are suppose to work i negative degree weather. I ordered on Dec. 15,2013 and a month later still no boots. So i tried to contact then thru their Contact Us link on there site. So far I've sent them three emails using this service and I've called the phone no. Listed on their site and left two voice mails just asking for a status update on my order and I haven't received any replies to my attempts to get answers. Then I look at my Paypal receipt and there's a customer service no. So i try it and a kid answers (yes kid) who doesn't even know of the company and i think it's his personal phone. So far I'm starting to think this site is a scam. Even if it's not and i get my order, I will never use this site again. If your determined to try this site i would try calling first to make sure there's someone actually running the thing.
