Completely pleased with this device which has very good accuracy. We were able to communicate our situation in detail via Enence when we lost our backpack during our travel and good thing it was returned. Enence was also useful in helping us learn the correct pronunciation and composition of sentences we knew we'd need - we could listen and learn in advance. Recommend!
Enence does not work like the sales videos New phone Android 12.0 Mobile Tablet Smart Phone. I have downlowded the Muama Enence app on to the phone. This contected the same as the old phone with bluetooth. But when the silver device is used by pressing me nothing happens so when you press the green speaker sign shown on the phone it speakes through the silver device and the only other way the other person can speak back is by pressing the red speaker symbol on the phone. The silver enence device button me and other button for other person just do not conect which is the same as with the old androids. 9 months trying to get it work with customer service since the programe update which stoped it working video sent to Customer service rep after buying a new android 12 but still same problems as does not work as the sales vidios show. Friday I phoned the USa telephone and had a lengthly chat with a person about the situation and explaining exacly the the issue is stems from the updating apps in January and where Customer service rep in May emailed after recieving the replacement from April this now need Android 10 or 11 or higher to now work. So I bought a Android 12 which arrived after customs dela 14 days ago only to find the exact same problems that the enence silver device buttons do not allow translations, only the android green button detects voice then the spech is audio from the silver device all of which is shown in the vidio maid and supplied to you. I emailed again on the 21st sept as still had no answers and got a reply saying unload reinstal which I replied to with 2 emails and as of the 23rd Sept still no replies even though the mail headed required management, Today 27th sept I get a email saying the refunded the purchase money, so the youtube vidio showing the failure of there product not working they have seen now so no resolution to how this muama enence translator should work in reality. Suddenly they refunded the money for the purchase and not answered as to the problems in the youtube vidio recording leaving me in a country where I needed to use the device for communications while learning the language. So not amused by there actions.

Exactly as described, quality product! Will definitely recommend to others! As for voice? This is decent for voice as well. It works best for simple conversations but my husband thinks it misses some of the context for complex conversations. However, it gives me enough context and truly helps with communication so I'm happy with it.
Beautiful device! I am amazed that Enence can translate to 36 different languages. So far, I've tried three of them. Works fine, will have to see how it holds up in the future, since I travel a lot.

This device pairs with your phone and quickly allows you to translate and communicate foreign languages. The quality playback is low, but you also get a live text response so you can read what you can't hear. Charge only gave me 2 hours of constant use. 3 days of infrequent use.

Enence is easy to use! This works really good at translating Spanish to English and vise versa. The main complaint is with the battery life. Wish it could last longer since I am a heavy user.

This little translator tool is impressive. It took just seconds to download the app, which is very well built and then I was quickly able to connect to the translator to my phone. It's sleek and light weight. Perfect that it can translate multiple languages.
I did have difficulty using this translator when I first had it. But it only takes getting used to so I can maximize its features. Tip: you need to speak a bit louder than usual so it will tranceive a clearer though of the sentence you wish to be translated. It works well and I would recommend this to international travellers.

The accuracy of Enence is great so is the number of languages available. I use it to help tutor non-English speaking adults and it has never failed me. A little tricky to use at first, but the ease of use will come in a while then it will be very easy.

For this translator to function, you need to connect to its app on the phone in the presence of wifi. Need to get a subscription too. Works just fine.
