After you place an order and they get your money… the customer service is a bunch of lying scammers. They just keep on giving you false hope/help (of course thats when you get a hold of them through the $#*!ty chat service) till you lose hope and shut up… if you dont believe me. Just check the comments on their facebook page! What a disappointment!

Absolute liars and scammers. I got a faulty product. Ordered a cot and the screws and locks are absolutely wrong. I message then and they keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours. It's been 8 days! Still nothing and no refund. Absolute scammers and shameless. Avoid them

Very bad experience, After waiting more than 15 days for my parcel, when i contacted it was informed to me the order is being cancelled. Simply speechless.
We'd ordered a Pushchair on this site,they claim that the delivery will happen in 2 days,having waited another day & on reaching out to their representatives (no phone calls, only faceless names on chat), they give you false promises that they've contacted their delivery agent and have advised them to ensure that we receive our order on time.It's been 5 says since the placement and their site is petty (tracking is a hoax), their whole customer service team is a gimmick.They give you a tracking number that's invalid and close your tickets without resolving them, neither do they make any effort to keep you informed via mail or SMS even after multiple reminders to do so.They're out to cheat you of your hard earned money, beware of such fraudsters.

Never face this much issue on return or refund. I am not sure for how long I have to wait for return, if you take this much long for store credit return how long are you going to take if its fully refund. It seems you are happy to sale your items and never want to see after sale service. Am not happy at all in your return service

It's been more than 10 days since i have been waiting for my order. I received a message saying that my order was delivered which never happened. Please, do yourself a favor and don't order from this website!
Took 6 days to deliver an item due to "repackaging" (literally only 2 stickers on the original box from distributor). But it was delivered, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Total fail at providing information on warranty, after 2 emails. The item was delivered without any warranty information. I received a response that someone will get back to me but so far they have not. Basically, I have a product for which I received no warranty or response from the retailer on what warranty is available, and I have no recourse in case of an error.
They have to change the delivery people - 7 days to deliver in Dubai and than he can't even park but I have to send some of our staff to meet him in the street - blatant ignorance about instructions when the office is open, annoying phone calls at 11pm on a holiday - your products might be good but no-one halfways sane does put up with that kind of attitude and delay... and customer support was a bag of hot air - blablaba but no solutions
BTW happend to me the second time - first time I had a birthday present delivered days after the event...
I bought a steamer+blender and it stopped working at the second use. Contacted them and emailed and tried escelating to management they never called back nor did anything
I Tried ordering one model kit as it shows good deal and come to find out it was just a glitch. According to the customer service, its because they upgraded the website. Good thing i did not use my card and decided to put cod. They did not even bother to call that my order will not be delivered. I find this website unreliable and untrustworthy!
Honestly I'm only giving 1 star as ZERO stars is not an option. Pls avoid. They promise same day delivery or next day delivery. It took 19 days to receive my order! I called every single day and every day I was promised my order. Turns out part of it was lost! Nobody even called me to tell me this I had to run after them for 19 days after I paid by card not even cash on delivery. Pls avoid there are no shortages of baby companies!

Scammers that will steal your money. Dont think you'll ever receive a refund i ordered a christmas tree that didnt cross the border, they said they will refund me but still havent, its been 3 months! They keep saying working on it, 24-48 hrs, 5-7 days, dont believe them pls never order from them!
If there is lower than 1 star I will give them, it has been 13 days now from my order and still not shipped! First they said it was already shipped with Aramex, after 1 day they told me no it's with DHL! Now after 3 days they didn't deliver the shipment to DHL! Very very very bad customer service, always gray answers! If I ask any question the standard respond is we will get back to you after 24 hours! And now it has been 13 days and the last feedback is we will ship it after 24 hours! What a shame!

Our item was delivered to the incorrect address. Mumzworld several days later have not resolved this issue and take NO RESPONSIBILITY - will never use them again.
It's been 10 days since I made my order and I still haven't received it. On their site, it clearly mentions orders will be delivered within 2-3 days within UAE, but it's not true. No call center to even help solve the problem. They have live chat to which they never reply. And emails are automated without actually solving the problem. Overall experience is very bad. Do not order from this site.
I ordered an Evenflo - Top of Stairs Walk Thru Gate from Mumzworld. It arrived in its original carton. There was no protective packing and the carton was torn on one side and crushed on the opposite corner. The shipping company refused to take it back immediately. Unfortunately, shortly after the delivery, I fell and broke my foot. It was 10 days before I could deal with the damaged gate delivery. When I contacted Mumzworld they immediately cited that the replacement of the damaged safety gate had to be made within 7 days only. This is despite photos showing the shipper damage and that it had been Mumzworld's fault that the item arrived damaged due to no protective packaging. This is a child safety gate which Mumzworld didn't care to pack and handle appropriately. Bottom line - this company wants to move boxes with no care for the safety of its customers.
UPDATE: Three days after this review went public, Mumzworld contacted me. They agreed to take the gate back and after another few days agreed to issue a credit and then to send a new gate. However, when it arrived I saw that the replacement gate wasn't packaged in a protective outer covering - the same as the first gate. It was just lucky that the shipper didn't drop it this time. Additionally, I was offered a credit only and not a refund. I would be very careful if deciding to purchase from this company.

I purchased a baby steriliser from them at the beginning of this year. It stopped working after a very short time. I sent Mumzworld an email reporting the fault on the 5th March, the faulty item was then collected. I have followed up with Mumzworld countless times via email and over their WhatsApp chat function. I keep getting the same generic response from them - "This willl be dealt with within 24-48 hours." Despite me explaining how urgently I require a replacement and that it is making it difficult for me to feed my daughter, I have still had no update from them as to what is happening with my replacement. This was reported to them on 5th March, it is now 22nd March. 2 and a half weeks and still nothing! This item was FAULTY, at the fault of Mumzworld. In my experience, every company I have ever dealt with that has sent me a faulty item, has replaced it instantly without delay and also sent an apology for the inconvenience.
My experience with Mumzworld has been a stressful, negative and disappointing experience. I expected a company called "Mumzworld" to care about their customers. They don't! The amount of emails and time I have spent simply trying to get a replacement has not only been long and laborious, it has also taken me away from spending precious time with my little girl.
I will NEVER purchase another item from Mumzworld and will be sharing my experience with as many people as possible so they don't find themselves in a similar situation to me.

I got a message after one week, that they dont have my item, after few days they ofered me something simalar. And I was egreed. Then no messages almost 20 days. I tried hardly to call, chat or send emails. No answer. Then they send me the email with a voucher. But I dont want anything from again. And another few day gone and nobody has answered my last email. Just keep away from this Company. They take money and ignor you after.
