This company sub contracted through Thames Water replaced the lead pipes down our street and took their drill used to break open the pavement and damaged the step into our front garden. I have called six times now and six times I have been told there would be a call back within a day or two to begin dealing with the issue. No one has contacted me, why does it take more than six weeks to pick up the phone and call me? Worst of all the property in question is my elderly mothers who often forgets and stumbles over the loose factored brickwork putting her health in risk every time she goes out the house. Why won't they talk to me? Why won't they take responsibility for their actions? Why don't they care that this will lead to the injury or death of a human being?

Tip for consumers:
These people refuse to call back, trying to get put to anyone who can help meets an answering machine. In short they do everything in their power to avoid communicating with you.
