So I recently posted a pic of my latest Muscle Food delivery on my FB page, as I was pretty impressed by the considerable amount of meat in that package!
Someone asked me ‘Does this work out better than buying from the supermarket?' Here's what I told them…
It's SO much better! Obviously you are buying in bulk so you have that initial big pay out... but when you think about the quantity and quality of what you are getting, you are saving a fortune. Everything is freezable so I do a big order every month or so and stick it in the freezer. My favourite is the chicken. Each chicken breast is skinless, fat trimmed and not injected with water or salt so they don't shrink when you cook them. Each breast weighs in at an impressive 200-250g meaning you will receive 20-25 fillets per 5kg pack. This is up to DOUBLE the size of a typical supermarket 125g chicken breast, so in essence the 5kg is equivalent to 40 x 125g supermarket breasts! They do amazing deals all the time as well as voucher codes with your order etc. There are loads of exotic meats that are nice for a treat every now and then! Have a look at their website, they do all sorts of stuff; protein bread, egg whites, pasta, snacks and sweet things! Everything you could possibly want! They have a great packaging and delivery system so all your yummy goodies stay chilled and fresh for 72 hours so even if you miss the delivery man!

Muscle food took unauthorised money out of my bank without giving me prior warning causing me problems with my bank and cancelled the discount on my monthly subscription order without notifying me.
I have been buying from them since they started in 2013 but now it seems like they have grown too big and dont care about their loyal and long standing customers.
I will never use them again, they have actually done me a favour because there are much better deals to be had from other suppliers for example the budget supermarket LIDL does better deals on steak and my local butcher now delivers for free with out the over excessive use of single use plastics and I wont have to order items I dont want or need just to fulfil my minimum order

Nightmare if you have a problem. I want to change delivery date so look to see how to contact them, on website (need help) link NO REPLY. Send many messages through Facebook messenger NO REPLY. Email them NO REPLY. Phone number, NOT WORKING. Message on twitter but only just done that, but I will be surprised if they respond as they haven't for the others.
Also the chicken isn't that good my local butchers has much better quality chicken breast. I find muscle food chicken breast a bit small and watery. The only reason I ordered of them now is because my butchers has shut for a couple weeks and I needed some. But I wish I didn't now as its all a nightmare.
If respond I will remove this feedback.
If its not resolved I will added more to this review.
