Recently bought some genelecs 8050b, communication was great throughout the process. Some orders will take slightly longer as stock needs to be ordered in, but this is standard for any retailer supplying specialized equipment. If youre not an entitled boomer thats expecting supplier-retailer-customer delivery in a single day then this is a great online shop!
I bought an item off from the online shop www.musicmatter.com for next day delivery it wasnt a next day delivery it is fake. The item was stuck with DPD who you cant reach by phone. Their customer service is very poor and instead of assuring me to be patient they decided to refund me which wont clear in my account for 5-7 working days. Thats a nasty way to treat any customer and watch them they do have fake positive feedbacks on the internet- avoid them they will delay you and if you are Meeting a target they are a complete disappointment to any customer. Stay safe.
