I purchased an AKG part for $439 over 2yrs ago and it never was supplied. Multiple emails and messages were left, only 25% were ever responded to. Making a very difficult process out of a simple refund request. 20 emails later, and their last correspondence from them over a year ago was from a 'Dave' requesting bank details for direct deposit for my refund, and what a surprise, still no refund! Steer clear unless you can physically go into the store to demand service because you may never see your order or money back!

This site is a scam. I ordered a subwoofer and microphones online and never received an update. I started to chase up for an update after a week of placing the order but they don't answer the phone nor respond to any emails.
I still didn't have a response after 4 weeks of placing the order. I had to lodge a transaction dispute with the bank and still awaiting for an outcome.
SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
