I found these guys on Facebook last year, their offer for unlimited service was very affordable, and initially got their trial, it's been good for us so far, never got any throttling and I now pay less than half of what I was paying my previous company for a similar hotspot service on AT&T network. I am happy with their service, if you are interested get their trial for $1, then decide if it works for you.

“Awful Customer Service-Do Not Use them”

They have the worst customer service department of any internet provider I've used. We've been a customer with them since November 2021, and we have lost service four times for days at a time. This latest incident was reported on a Thursday, and as of the following Tuesday, I had received no reply or corrective action from them. They use a "ticket" system and use that as an excuse to circumvent immediate action, as well as push blame for no contact to another department, which cannot be contacted via telephone. Unfortunately, I had to give them one star, but only because it made me mark something.

We got this My1wifi to replace Hughes Net and T-Mobile service. We are extremely happy with the service. We can stream and have up to 6 people total using the wifi. It does slow down a bit with that many people online, but we expected that. When there are just one or two of us online, we can browse the internet, social media, work from home, and stream with no problems. John sent me the link for the review and was very courteous and professional.

I was to get 10 day trial, I never received sim until after 10 days expired to see if it even worked. I contacted them and told them and they said I had to comply and pay the bill. I told them to cancel service and they continued to try and take fee anyway. Don't do it! Something's not right.

First thing you should try is calling them, you will never get a person on the line and you definitely won't get a call back after leaving a message, just try it *******434...first indicator of problems. You WILL be rate limited by the service provider, it might be unlimited but you'll get throttled back to the point a website takes minutes to load. Service provider we had cut service with them and I've, along with many others, been waiting 3 weeks for a new sim card for a new provider. Today I canceled my service and even that was a time consuming hassle because nobody corresponds at all. Save yourself the trouble, headaches and agony by staying away.

Works but if you have any issues you cant reach them. Also they dropped my service without notice and when i checked wanted to sell me a different plan and a new modem/router? :((

Their service worked fine unit it didn't and then you're stuck trying to get them to assist you in getting issues resolved that are on their side and them not taking your calls. Just chat or creating a service ticket that they are slow to take action on.

I was hesitant to switch to the company because I had never heard of it until finding the webpage with Google. I am thrilled with the service and glad I decided to try it, and I thank Jessica for selling me on the service.

At&t decided I'm using to much of their unlimited data. So my service was dropped! My1wifi won't answer calls or talk in chat! I need to cancel and can't! Don't charge my credit card if you can't give me service. I would also like a refund! Get it together! Stay away peopel!.Not worth the headache!.

I think these reviews don't give credit to the good these guys do. Before I found my1wifi.com I had a different provider, they charged me over $100/month for unlimited data and their service sucked, it was always down and they were always swapping SIM cards until one day my service stopped working and they didn't respond any more. Since I switched to my1wifi.com 8 months ago, my service has never stopped and the times it's been slow they have helped me troubleshoot it, their CS reps are very polite and knowledgeable. I think my1wifi is a good company and their price is unbeatable, people who have negative opinions most likely didn't follow their rules and were kicked out because of that, but that's not the norm. I would recommend my1wifi.com to anyone looking for a reliable mobile internet provider with affordable prices. Thank you guys!

Worked great for years.
Recently no longer connects to the ATT provider.
I have been without service for DAYS.
They do not return my calls and have not responded to my support tickets.
Even their sales department is not responding.
AWFUL service!

I have been a customer of my1wifi.com since 2020, their service has been a great deal for me, I used them while I was working from home during the COVID shut down and also my kids while they were in home school, now that things are back to normal I still use them because they're very reliable and in my personal experience their customer service has been great. If you are a power user that requires lots and lots of data, mobile internet is not for you, but if you're just a regular home user the mount of data they give you is more than enough, I've never gotten any pushback from them even though back when we first started we were online almost all day. For people who live here in Texas (where I live) I really recommend their service because they are legit and offer a good quality service at an affordable price.

We are paying for unlimited wifi through My1wifi.com. My husband's computer crashed and we had to re-install everything. It took a week to get everything done. Our account was suspended due to high data usage. Was told to call a number and go through a security review. Answered the questions. Then they wanted us to provide our current password to the wifi. So they could review if its strong enough. Told them I was not comfortable with that. So they told me to email them a photo of the password and then change it and send them a copy of that password. So they could make sure it's secure. Told them that was crazy. So they said I could change it again after I took the picture. What they dont need that one also? I've never heard of this. If we do not email them the pictures, then our account stays suspended permanently. But once we email them it will take 24-48 hrs to be taken off.
