As you well know a criminal will not be upset with ur sob story if they take £100+ off you.

A big rip off, ordered nike air max trainers in black/grey/red. Black/white/red came. Emailed site, said maybe they didnt have them in wharehouse so sent out an alternative, i said my son did not like them, and would like an exchange, they said can you just keep them.no i said, i want a refund, they said it will cost 25 to return them. Dont think so! Wont be ordering from them again
