I had quick answers to all of my questions, at first when i had to choose the amplifier, then when it didn't work as expected, then when they sent me a more powerful one for free (!), then when we realised it was not possible to get a signal as quick as i wanted where i live (french Pyrenees), then when i returned the product and got refund. I am very grateful to myamplifiers as i did not expect such quality of relationship, such integrity. Thank you

We offer you a trial month and when you want to return it, we explain that there are a lot of costs, shipping costs, plus administrative costs. Then, if you are in Edge and you have a network bar, the product is useless. It indicates you amplify at 5 bars but the conversations are cut permanently and it is still impossible to call or receive a call

I recently completed construction of my upcountry home where the cellphone network in the area is very poor. On seeking a solution for this online, I came across myamplifiers.com and went ahead and ordered their LCD-300GD booster. Delivery took 10 days due to COVID-19 which all things considered, was very good. The product has been transformational and after one week of usage I am delighted with its performance and with the whole online procurement process.

J'utilise l'amplificateur de signal modèle LCD-250GSM+4G depuis six mois maintenant car isolé dans une vallée étroite et sans antenne relais à proximité. Je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de cet achat. Lors de ma recherche d'une solution pour améliorer ma réception mobile, le service client de myAmplifiers a été d'une aide inestimable. Ils m'ont guidé avec compétence et professionnalisme dans le choix de l'amplificateur, en particulier en ce qui concerne les bandes de fréquence. Leurs conseils avisés ont été essentiels pour garantir que je faisais le bon choix. L'amplificateur fonctionne sans aucun souci depuis son installation il y a six mois pour tous les opérateurs français. C'est une véritable bouffée d'air frais que de bénéficier d'une connectivité stable et rapide dans un endroit où la réception était autrefois problématique. L'installation a été un jeu d'enfant. There is nothing as bad as living in a remote area and having no phone signal or a weak one. I learnt this lessonn the hard way when I went to visit some of my relatives inthe country side. Long story short, life was boring without internet. I got an amplifier from this store and I can now use hte internet smoothly in the contryside. Works like a charm.

I just bought an amplifier from them. It was the wrong one as it couldn't amplify the call and 3g only the 4g so they offered an exchange. Paying the return fare for the old unit to their collection point and shipping the new unit over was fine. Had some slight trouble but they resolved it and I have sent the old unit over and now I am waiting for the replacement unit to come over

1. Situation. We live in a bungalow in the lower part of a fairly steep valley.
Indoors we could sometimes get a one bar 3G signal somewhere.
Two bars was usually available about 50m away in the greenhouse,
Or on the gable end of the roof, accessible from the garage flat roof.
No 4G or 5G signal anywhere.
2. Had a very helpful chat' with Alex on 24th Jan 2020 who recommended
A Nikrans LCD300
This is compatible with O2, our provider.
3. The instructions for installing were simple and easily understandable.
4. We now always have at least a three bar signal everywhere.
5. We have been using this reliable system since early Feb 2020.
In the lockdown situation' this has been a real boon,
Especially for my wife who does quite a lot of texting.

Hi, I was blocked at home due of COVID-19. In my place the internet connection was poor.
I have found the 4G booster on Cell Booster on www.myamplifiers.com. There were many solution for cell boosters.
I'm happy with my LCD-300GD, work well and stable.

Quasiment aucun signal chez moi, j'ai acheté un ampli pour éviter un abonnement à une box. J'ai pu bénéficier des réponses rapides et claires du SAV pour mieux positionner l'antenne. Ça fonctionne parfaitement. Ça fonctionne parfaitement sur Orange, depuis avril.

If you need a phone signal amplifier then this is the stire for you. I did not think that the amplifier that I got would work this great but it does. I no longer have to worry about not having any sigal no matter where I am. I will get another one when this one gets too old. Thank you.

J'habite dans une zone où la couverture réseau est très perturbuée par une végétation arboricole importante. Au départ, jétais parti sur le LCD 300GDW mais pas assez sensible en réception (coté BS). Avec le service après vente, 1000 merci à Marina, nous avons trouvez une solution de remplacement le LCD800GD

From start to finish, the team at My Amplifiers, especially Anna on the sales side, and Marina on technical, have been wonderful. I bought a NS1100GSM+4G signal booster with no real idea as to what it could do or how to set it up. Firstly, Anna helped me through the buying process- note the company is based in Cyprus, with office in Gibraltar, so at first I was a bit worried. I need not have been at all. The only thing on the sales side was that in fact the equipment is shipped from Hong Kong and so the courier required me to pay a nominal - less than £20- for import duty. It was a pity the courier did not actually tell me what the product was that I was being charged for so I had to make a few assumptions. Lucky I don't import many things from Hong Kong! Anyway, I told Anna what had happened and she immediately arranged reimbursement, so top marks for that alone, but Anna had also been really helpful when I explained I was buying the booster kit for a remote forested location in France. After delivery, I have needed to check up a few things, especially since on initial installation I experienced what Marina in Tech support described as "excitation". Well not me exactly, it was the equipment!. Marina kindly explained what it all meant, and what to do and it was perfectly simple to remedy the problem by better distribution of the antennae. She also explained how the attenuation of the signals can be adjusted, again something that I being non technical had no idea about. I am delighted with the level of support from my amplifiers, and would certainly recommend people not to be afraid of dealing with this offshore business. Really nice people! I have read the review by K Fahad about the equipment being a Chinese copy of a Nikrans device. I can't comment on that, but my kit was definitely advertised as Nikrans so I hope it is, but anyway, it's working brilliantly.

Tip for consumers:
Don't worry about it being "offshore". The sales and support teams are really great to deal with.

This is a great and sophisticated gadget. I have installed it with ease in the condo to boost the mobile phone signal for the whole family to have no dropped calls. Before ordering the tool, I got a detailed consultation from the support, and they advised me what model to prefer, where to mount the booster and how to install it properly and make it work for a long time. They explained me how to pay and when they were going to deliver the product. Thanks a lot for wonderful work. I would be eager to buy next time from you!

Very cheap and nasty, certainly not what was expected. Does no better than the original poor signal unless you mount it on top of a large antenna. Currently the antenna is 4m above the house and still signal is poor. Indoor antenna only works if you are within 3m of the actual antenna. Stopped working entirely within 2 months of purchase.

I got the device but i am very disappointed. 1st of all the device is not from Nikrans brand its just a cheap quality china made. 2ndly i have installed the device as per the installation guide i am getting 52DBM from BS which is very good but the mobile signal inside the house still remain the same even i have tried changing the location of the internal antenna to many different direction.
