Unethical and immoral, Mydentist has been removing NHS patients post-COVID pandemic from their NHS dental list without warning or empathy. According to a receptionist, this is done automatically by mydentist IT systems after 2 years, regardless of whether the patient is disabled or unable to visit the dentist due to illness. Many individuals have experienced cold and uncaring responses when inquiring about their removal, with nearly identical, dismissive replies indicating that it is not Mydentist's intention to provide any courteous communication regarding the need to seek dental care, ultimately allowing them to be removed from the list. It seems that negative reviews mentioning this issue have mysteriously disappeared from a well-known review site, suggesting that they may be reported with other poor reviews. A public inquiry may be necessary to address the concerning number of individuals being removed from the NHS dental list like this.
