In January I've decided to change my approach. First, I began to walk each day for 1 hour. No matter how tired or lazy I was, I still did it, no excuses whatsoever. Then I knew I need to plan my meals. Snacks and sweets there and here did not help me {I'm a real sweet tooth} so I needed something more structures and affordable. Here I am now, walking and fasting and eating ACTUALLY healthy.
My wife placed an order for the program and received her first week program. The program given to her could have been done by a high school student. Very poor plan, do we cancelled immediately and been given the run around by the company. At first they said you could not get your money back, Ty ''em said maybe a partial return. As of now just asking for information they already have but do not want to issue us any credit. Warning to all Do Not Buy

I'm greatly optimistic about this program. Meal plans are clear and easy to cook. The only request would be to allow me to pick the most convienent time to receive pla for the upcoming week.

I joined the challenge 16 days ago. The quality of recipes is great, I also swap recipes. For example, if I have particular ingredients in my fridge for last week's recipes, I will use it. Also, what I have gathered is that all these recipes will stay with me, so I will have them for the rest of my life

I bought one month subscription being a little bit worried if I'm waisting my money. So far I am impressed with the menu selection, learning new healthy recipes that I will be able to use in the future as well. I might even renew the subscription
Not only did I not sign up for any "reoccurring" payments but also you can't stop them! This is a scam! You have to sign up for who knows what just to leave a review! Don't walk away from this, RUN!

The site material looked good so I tried it FOR 1 MONTH!
It was ok but I was shocked when a new UNAUTHORIZED charge appeared on my PayPal. Initially They agreed to refund 50% but never supplied PayPal with that information. Left a really bad taste in my mouth……

I thought I had a few days free. But was charged right away. Can not get them to respond to me. PLEASE REFUND. I HAVEN'T USED IT AT ALL

I am sharing my ups and down on the facebook community group which is very helpful. I also enjoy most of the meals provided. For some meals I cannot find the right ingredients in my corner shop but I guess I need to learn substituting
