My experience have been extremely disappointing. I have placed multiple Concierge Orders from Jan 2024 and I have only received 1. The rest of the orders are not even placed and I'm asking for a refund and they are not even replying after countless emails!

I never experienced such a terrible customer service like this before. I even signed up for premium membership!

Safe and Trustworthy: I have used the services many times, I am very satisfied with the German suite, there are no complications like other companies that can keep your account or items.
They also have live chat support which is great. The only thing that needs improvement is the facility as they are a bit slow and don't offer the same things as the US suite, such as photos. Safe and great company, recommended.

Better is still possible. I have ordered items from Amazon Germany and waited for 3 weeks instead of four business days (to US). It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was explained well form the myGermany team.

The service was excellent although I have a question. One of my packages wasn't logged into my suite, which is understandable since I accidentally left out the suite number and the shipper refused to add it when I asked.
It was delivered yesterday. Please let me know the process that needs to be followed to get my package to my suite. Thanks.

My initial experience with this company in shipping a highly valuable package overseas was flawless, and it has remained so for a year. While the delivery timings may not always be exact, they consistently prioritize ensuring that every item arrives intact, which is the most critical aspect of a delivery service for me.

I read a lot of bad reviews AFTER I placed my order. As you can imagine, I was worried about getting my package on time or at all. However, I was very pleasantly impressed, I had no problems at all, I followed the instructions given which were simple and straightforward (including uploading my invoice and credit card verification), selected my shipping provider and received my order within a reasonable time. In fact I believe the delivery from the German company to myus.com warehouse took longer than from myGermany.com to me in the UK. I chose the option to have myus.com settle my duties and taxes upon delivery, which also saves me that hassle. Overall I'm really satisfied.

This is the first time I have used this company to deliver a highly valuable parcel overseas to me. Everything went really smooth.Though the timing of the deliveries isn't always precise, but they they consistently ensured that every item arrives undamaged, which is the most crucial aspect of a dropshipping service for me. After buying a hobby rail way in Germany, I had to ship it to Australia. My Germany took care of the transport and the paperwork. The very sensible packaging process was very professional and everything arrived well protected in Australia. Well done!

I received a package from MyGermany without an invoice. They gave it a value of more than 500EUR, it was originally purchased by 1223Euros. We have spoken to Dora (a great guy) and she fixed the problem immediately. The customer service is top notch. Mistakes can be made, but you need good customer services to problems. They are a good one 😊

I lived in Munich for 12 years, but now I'm back home in Thailand. I've been using my Germany for a year now (3-4 shipments so far) to buy things from Germany. The experience was a breeze. The price is reasonable. I recommend this company.

I procured a shipping service inclusive of insurance from MyGermany.com for the transit of my goods from Germany to the USA. Upon delivery, the goods were found to be damaged and rendered unusable. I promptly reached out to the company to initiate the insurance claim process and seek reimbursement. However, despite my initial contact on March 19th, I have yet to receive a response to my emails.

Ms. Johanna was very professional and, with her excellent customer knowledge, was able to assist and resolve the matter.

Update 20/03/2024:

Per Chris's reply all issues have now been resolved as there was a misunderstanding as to what constituted a dangerous good. I have been assured by myGermany reps/management that they are working to correct this.

Therefore i am re-amending to 5 stars. All previously posted complaints were resolved when raised to management who to their credit apologised and expediently corrected for the mix-up. 2 weeks ago I received the consolidated shipment containing many individual parcels in perfect condition. Shipped via DHL Economy and received in 10 days which is quite fast for Germany to Australia. I was initially reluctant to restore the original 5 stars due to the copious back and forth emails but have done so for this review. Overall myGermany have proven to be a solid and good company that do deliver in the end. After 4 shipments I always receive everything in perfect condition and they do take customer complaints seriously.

Update 24/01/24:
Unfortunately more issues experienced recently with myGermany and therefore i am downgrading my initial review of 5 stars down to 3 stars. They appear unwilling to fix the issues and instead we are now engaged in a merry go round of back and forth emails. It is frustrating that every time I engage them to ship there are issues. Would have liked at least one smooth experience without overcharging on freight, declaring incorrect weight of goods etc. Will update review pending resolution. Fingers crossed that i don't have to downgrade to 1 star.

I've shipped with MyGermany 3 times now (regular shipping and freight) and overall the positives outweigh most minor issues.

Positives:
+Free consolidation
+Timely response to all emails
+Reasonable shipping costs

Issues (all resolved expediently and professionally):
- incorrect package weight calculation on receipt at warehouse which was corrected quickly
-some issues with communications in shipping freight costs but ultimately received the goods (expensive!) in excellent condition in the timeframe specified.

Deserved 5 stars as they generally go above and beyond.

Their online estimator grossly underestimated shipping charges, but you do not learn this until it is too late to return the item. Then they tell you that you can have a small discount by leaving positive online reviews. Their customer service is so slow that the process has dragged out now more than 6 months. I paid for door-to-door delivery and was afterwards advised that they would only deliver door-to-port and that I was responsible for additional delivery charges. When I complained they only responded after I left a bad review, and with vitriol. I paid for tracking and when I asked for an update on the status of the parcel, which was only tracked to Hamburg, they sent me a very rude email. Avoid dealing with these people. I have no confidence my item will arrive.
