My second purchase arrived today at home and so I came to write about my experience. I purchased 2 pairs of footwear from this shop. I received one pair of them and I'm still waiting. Finally today I decided to email them. I paid 130USD. In response I received a very rude canned email. They didn't even bother to put my name there. In two lines, the email said, dear (blank), this is your problem. You must wait. I paid you handsomely and I'm very unhappy.
After a month and a half of wearing the sandals, the sole came off and the stitches tore. I have not tried the boots yet since I live in Canada, and it's hot in here. I'm absolutely disappointed. No, I didn't wear them to the beach. I'm not heavy, I didn't abuse the sandals. Your products are horrible.

End of this month my wife friend children birthday so we bought a little Dress For Baby Girl white-pink colour. Stuff is very good never forget fast delivery of shipping.

Ordered my US size but what I received was much bigger. They claimed that it was on me to pay to return them because they sent me the US size I ordered. I wear a US 5 1/2 and ordered what they claimed to be that size and it was much bigger. I had ordered three pair and it cost me $90 to return them to China in order to get a refund. My purchase came to $226 minus the $90 to send back.
I am waiting to see if I receive a refund.The quality of the shoes wasn't bad. I'd say average.

Personally I have this great penchant for quality and I will stop at nothing until I get just what I want. This site is excellent and I'm happy I buy from here. I am pleased with the material, the design came in my perfect fit and completely with no hassle. They are reliable

I'm in full agreement with the previous bad reviews. A leather professional confirmed they are made of vinyl. Their satisfaction guarentee and return policy is false. The ARE made in CHINA

I ordered shoes from this company, trusting their "Worry free return" policy. Heed my word people, WORRY! First off, the shoes took weeks to arrive, but that wasn't the real problem. The painting on the shoes smells terribly toxic & looks quite cheesy in person (as opposed to looking great in photos on their website) They ignored my emails requesting a return label & so finally I just returned the shoes to the address provided on the shipping label. A week later, after I had already shipped the shoes, I was sent a return shipping address in CHINA. I communicated that I had already returned the shoes to the address on the original shipping label & was told "we cannot issue a return because you shipped the shoes to the wrong address". Now, I'm out $100, the cost of shipping, & I don't even have the pair of shoes. I truly believe that this company makes it as difficult as possible to make a return to avoid giving refunds. Do not trust this company!

I will not even attempt a return and refund after reading prior reviews. I wish I had read up on this company before placing my order. I still have not received the third and final piece but the two I have received are disappointing. The shoes look cute and seem to be comfortable but they reeked of paint fumes so I fear they have been painted rather than dyed. The "dress" with coverup was terrible. I would award negative stars if possible. The flimsiest material, poorest construction possible. I'm ashamed of myself for falling for this advertising. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As stated before, the pictures are NOT representative of what you will receive.

These shoes look good online but are very cheaply made. I was shocked at how flimsy they looked and how uncomfortable they felt. But, worse than the quality of their product was their customer service. They ship from the US but, to return them, I had to pay to ship them to China. Worry free returns? What a joke! I have sent them several emails, asking them to live up to their promise of no questions asked, easy returns. All I get back are short rude emails. I had to pay about $25 to send them back and pay an additional $10 for the original shipping fee that was free when I bought them. Please don't ever buy from this company or any others connected to it. This has been the worst purchasing/returning/customer service experience of my life.

Bought 3 items, since the beginning of August received one of them on Oct 17 and it didn't look anything like the pic. Just a very fake replica of it. Also, I ordered a large and received a very small size that would not go down beyond my neck. I didn't cry over it just because the price was ok. But again I could have found something nice in h&m with same amount. I won't be buying from this web site again. I will stick with Rosewe online. They are true to their product. The other two came just before Christmas after e-mailed them that I was going on social media that are scam. Boy! U need to see the dresses it was a disaster. Nothing like the photos on their website. Cheapest fabric, bad sewing. A 4 yrs old won't even sew like that. It was horrible. I was just too embarrassed to show it to my husband. I can't even give it out because they too cheap looking. I guess I have to donate it to salvation army. Pls be warned. They are scam... they copy real designer's runway clothing and put on their site... little tip on how to shop on line look out for real people wearing the clothes showing front and back image of the outfit and a close up look at the fabric.

I have just received the 'light tan coat' from this website. I paid 35 dollar s for it but doubt it cost more than a couple to make. Not only is it not what is advertised on the picture, the material are not 'wool' again as advertised but highly flammable synthetics inside and out. Itis so poorly made, not one straight stitch and the arms are very short. I could keep going on the poor quality but i think you got that. When i asked to return it they even offered to send me money to keep it ( 5 dollats). I realised they were right: not only it had already been a complete waist of energy making it but it had already polluted the world but being produced and sent here. Sending it back us simply not an option. Enough damage made already. Please lets make sure business like this stop trading as no one, absolutely noone benefits here apart from the boss.

My biggest fear was not choosing the correct size. But on the product description you can check the measures and this is great. I receive my dress in two weeks and the size was perfect. I also loved the quality and colour of it. I will buy here again! Love this website!

If I could have given minus stars I would have. Nothing like advertised. Cheap horrid materials, poor workmanship, cut out terribly, look awful, ill fitting.Not worth the trouble of dealing with this lot and have a bag of rags not even fit to send to the salvos or Vinnies. Items came one at a time so as you received each purchase you hope that this one is better than the last couple but no it doesn't get better. Absolute crap. Please don't buy from this company. Wished I had read reviews before I did. I've been lucky till now, this has been the first time I've actually hated something I've brought on the internet. Buyer definitely bewhere.

I ordered one handbag and it was worth the money spent. The bag is not half bad and quite durable. They delivered it within the same week. The design and color were the same as I saw them online. The same would have cost me more elsewhere. Good to have come across this site.
