I want to stay longer with Mylighthost. From that beginning, I have been getting good service. You can deal with them without a doubt. Trustworthy enough.

Tech support is terrible and they dont reply. I was trying to setup a nodejs app & got a message that i need to contact tech support to unlock my nodejs cpanel, i never heard back from then, i then decided to spam them untill i got an answer and the onoly response i got was to inform me they cancelled my service lol. Shocking!
Please fix this so i can restart my nodejs app, currently i cant do anything

For 3 months I decided to use the MyLightHose web hosting services for my blogs & websites. I have started using & I thought its services are quite really very best. I made the right decision by hosting my website on it & it gives me every service that I need. In the case of Domain, I purchase it From BlueHost & Domain Racer for all of my websites & blogs. They are really very affordable.

I know they provide very good web hosting service. I have recently rented a dedicated server the delivery time and the customer support is excellent.

Time and time again https://www.mylighthost.com/ doesnt reply to open tickets on shared hosting, and then they eventually just close the tickets. There hosting prices are good but if you need any customer support/ service turn in the other direction. Its genuinely shocking. Out of my 8 tickets ive submitted in the past few months, i got one reply to one of them and it didnt even help me resolve the problem.

I always get remarkable facilities from this platform. And i hope it will be continue in future.Thank you.

Their Dedicated servers are cool. Quick delivery time and quality product.
And most funny things is the gave me bonus configuration at same price. Gave me some more IP, more RAM and more Disk space.
