DO NOT use this company! Horrible customer service, quality, and all around company. They're very shady and we ended up having to pick all new bridesmaid dresses at the last minute and refused to refund after they messed up so they were out double. Such a bad experience and do not wish any other brides to go through the same so RUN!

DO NOT use this company! Horrible customer service, quality, and all around company. They're very shady and we ended up having to pick all new bridesmaid dresses at the last minute and refused to refund after they messed up so they were out double. Such a bad experience and do not wish any other brides to go through the same so RUN!

I was also led to believe that the dress I ordered was discontinued by Davids Bridal Stores, both in Canton and Akron. There seems to be a pattern here with every review website I've visited. I was the mother of the bride and spent 289.00 on a dress that after arrival was too big. When I asked to exchange it both stores told me it was discontinued. I then had 145.00 in alterations done (at the Fairlawn store) and the dress was still to big. The next day I looked on line and there was my dress for 129.00, in the size I wanted. I bought it figuring I would have to pay at least that much more for additional alterations on the first dress. I then took it in and they charged me to hem it! I complained to the manager Jennifer who was supposed to get back to me in three days... It was three weeks! When I called her back she said "they wanted me to come back in to see how the first dress fit." another inconvenience. They saw how it fit the first time I was there. I ended up spending close to 600.00 on the dresses and it was because they told me it was discontinued and then did a lousy job altering it! David's Bridal stores are scamming consumers and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!

I ordered bridal dress and bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in October 2011.
I really want to say that it's not the best quality, even for the price you pay. I asked them to add sleeves to my dress, they did and I even got my order before than I expected, BUT: the dress came too short, it had lace-up on the back with the hooks, and no one could help me to tight them up, then they added ribbon absolutely different from the picture and the dress came more like mermaid style, ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT than they had on the picture( they had their real sample on the picture). Bridesmaid dresses came in different color and that ruined my dream wedding colors. They supposed to come in light pink, but they came in peach! I sent an email and they told me that they can't do anything with it because it was costom order( sizes)! That was horrible... we had to change our wedding color... and pay extra for alteration the dresses+$300 dollars... And it's cheap because my friend did alterations. She said it was not professionally made. I would never buy from this website, you'd better check others with reviews. Hope this would be helpful.

First off the dress was the wrong color and the make matters worse the quality of the dress I received was very poor. The stitching was coming out and it was uneven. There wasn't enough time to have then send a new one so we had to buy dresses from another place last minute and the refused to give us a refund. The customer service was horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I went with the bridesmaids to David's Bridal and found the dress we liked. One of my bridesmaids then took the style number and searched it online to find mylove-bridal.com. The dress was half the price as it was in the store so we all jumped on board. I was a bit wary about ordering online and overseas, so I put an order in for a dress early on. When I got the dress, I was just really, really unhappy with what I had gotten. I'm not often that picky, but this was just terrible. Their online color pallet was not a good reference of what I was getting, the dress itself (in addition to being a color that didn't fit my theme) was the right cut, but missing the details that made the dress worthwhile. On both sites, the dress was said to have "palliette details" (kind of like sequins) they just weren't on it. This being a CLEAR mistake, I message the site and ask if this is some mistake on their end, or if their product was misrepresented. In response I get an auto-reply email. What business does that? Really? This was far enough out that it didn't impact my wedding plans too terribly, but I wouldn't ever ask someone else to go through that. I never did get a response back, sooo I don't even know that they use their e-mail, which consequently is their only mode of communication with American customers. I did think about sending the dress back, but they have a $70 restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping to China AGAIN. I would have ended up paying for my dress again to send it back- just not feasible. Do not use this site. I would never put another bride to be through that mess. Oh- and with their prices- with shipping, there was about a $20 difference in cost. For that I would pay to be able to ask someone why my dress is incorrect and get an answer.

I have ordered 2 dresses from this company for my sister wedding for October 2,2010. One of the dress is BLACK and one RED. The company send me a Black dress and a fuchsia dress. This company pictures are blurry because is MISLEADING. They are RUDE, UNPROFFESSIAONAL and LIES. They claim that in china Fuchsia color is RED. Watch out for that company, they are blind.
They will find a way to not give you a refund or send you the right color dress. This is the worst company I have ever shop with, NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
