I ordered 3 art frame from the web site and they promised the items will be deliver to my home within 2 weeks, I have been waited for a month and contact them for shiping status they email me back and ask me to wait to a long time because the item is hot sale. I told if they don't have the items then credit back my money and this is the email I that they replied "Thank you for your shopping! I have to explain that we have finished your order except your item 018848 still needs long time to finish. Coz it's hot sale item, hope your understanding!
