Hello Mypacco. It was my first online courier experience which was pretty smooth. Firstly, I had a problem while booking an order online but your customer care executive helped me throughout. I had some important official documents to courier and thanks to you guys it was positively done without much delay. Good work. All the best.
I booked for a pick up on 23.11.2015 reference MP0020812, I have also received a confirmation Sms, however there has been no representative to receive the parcel. I called several times on the number 180028878, but there is no response and you have to keep holding the call until it gets automatically disconnected. The website dosent even provide for any alternate numbers. Depending on their assurance i did not book any other Courier services and now my important work has to suffer causing great financial loss. I am hugely disappointed with the service!
I was really surprised when the senior management staff came to my doorstep to collect my courier. This made me feel special, better and that my parcel was in safe hands. Thank you Mypacco.
