My Pancard has a rating of 1 star from 2 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. My Pancard ranks 213th among Credit Cards sites.
I saw their heavy google advertisements. I thought they are genuine website and went in to make payment of USD 49. After payment, my husband warned me that I am being cheated by a fake impostor. Do not believe any of the review comments displayed on their website. If you click on those reviews, you can easily understand they are images and not actually "real" reviews. I have now filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

After the payment, they take 3 business days to create manual application send.
Finally, they ask us to send documents on our own directly to NSDL.
Why will I pay $49 to this website, when I am asked to apply directly with NSDL.
I wonder why Google is allowing this website to advertise so much... Government must take action against this fake scam site.
