I'd give this place 7 stars if I could. In an industry with massive quality problems like the parts industry, myphoneparts really has been my diamond in the rough. I now use them for 70% of my iDevice purchases. When I do get a defective part, they handle exchanges with ease and without putting up a fight like all my other suppliers. Definitely consider moving at least some of your business here. It has been one of the best decisions I've made since I started my repair business nearly 2 years ago.
I have to say that I received my LCD on time, but it had a small crack in it. I was given an RMA and returned the screen. After a couple emails and over a month later I get a reply that they don't have anymore and will send one when it becomes available. After sending more emails to get a refund I finally get a reply stating that it had been too long and that the money for the item and shipping had been spent and they offered to refund $50 for the $110 dollar part. This was after 2 months of purchase and the warranty was 3 months. I demanded a whole refund. They did not comply.

Out of all my iPhone parts suppliers from 2010, this is the only company that still exists, and it's almost 2013. That says a lot about their product quality and service. After getting messed up several times on ebay, I realized it makes more financial sense to pay a little more and get a consistently high quality screen - and for 3 years they have delivered for me. I am also puzzled at all these one star reviews - they seem to be for an entirely different site. The myphoneparts that I've been doing business with has never once shipped from china, and are based right here in the USA.
They scammed me. Ordered a replacement screen for my iphone, they told me it was shipping from China and asked me to wait 45 business days, which conveniently happened to be the time limit on resolving disputes through PayPal. Now they won't return my e-mails. Paypall says they can't help me, so it looks like I'm out $50.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. What a bunch of rats.
Order 100 screens a month from here, and have been for 4 or 5 months now. Had a few defective ones but by far the highest quality iPhone 4 screens I've seen. My advice is to place a large order to take advantage of the higher discounts. When I order 60 at a time I max out the discount so I plan ahead and always order at the beginning of each month. Love this company and its obvious these guys know what they're doing - selling quality products at low prices with no BS and upselling like a lot of my other suppliers have been doing lately.
I have read through these comments and I would have to disagree with the ones that rate it only 1 star. First of all, communication is communication... if you are unable to communicate with someone via email (if that's all they have to offer) in today's society; you should probably rethink what you are doing in your career. I find it a little humorous that you put their reply to and email that, admittedly, seemed as if they do not care, but I'm sure there's a lot more to why you got the response you did... possibly what you wrote before that?! I have had some issues with a few parts that I have received from them, but when I email them, I get a response either same day, or the next business day. They have always been friendly and prompt with their service. It doesn't take a long, novel-like email to let them know that you would like them to send you replacement parts for the ones that are faulty. They have no problems and have never fought me on an issue that I have had. I have been ordering with them for about a year now and plan on doing so as long as they are in business! Their prices are great and the shipping is fast. Above all, they have good customer service as well. Hope you guys stay in business a long time and I look forward to continuing our business relationship!
First of all this company does not have a phone number to call and resolve issues so you are forced to do everything through email. I run a small cell phone repair shop and purchased well over 3,000 from them over a period of 3 months. I had several issues with the quality of some of their parts. Since they do not have a contact number I was forced to deal with them through email. I was basically told that I was a headache and write these long emails to them and that I was a small basically insignificant customer and that I should find another supplier. I would stay clear of these people. Following is some excerpts from my email correspondence On Aug 3,2011, at 7:09 PM, Customer Service <*******@myphoneparts.com> wrote: FYI you are one my smallest customers and send me the most/longest emails... just don't have time for it, you are not a profitable customer and you should find a new supplier for all items. Just being straight up with you. On Aug 3,2011, at 6:57 PM, Michael Gagnon <*******@yahoo.com> wrote: Hi, Mike Gagnon here from MiiFone. I read your last email concerning some issues I have been having with some of the replacement parts you have been sending. I find this business relationship is hard to cement since I have no contact number or a name in which to talk to someone, or the ability to explain my situation to a real person. I have attempted to bring to your attention that there might be a quality issue with only some of your inventory. The rest goes on to explain my Problems ect... Re: Problems with your parts Show Details Message body Sorry you really need to find a new supplier. Like I said send the parts back that are not damaged and we will Replace them. I have too many large customers to deal with at this time to read long emails such as this. The iTouch 2nd and 3rd generation digitizers have a high percentage that simply do not work and others when the protective film on the inside is removed it takes the digitizing tape with it no matter what care I use to prevent that. Also the 2nd gen iTouch digitizers ribbon cable falls off even when carefully being pulled out of the protective bag. These are not my issues I am just trying to inform you of them. And as per your statement of returning damaged items, if you do not already know that once those iTouch digitizers are in place they are almost impossible to remove without damaging them. I have never tried to return a damaged item, in those cases I just eat the cost and moved on. So if there is a problem with the digitizer I cannot simply remove it and send it back since damage occurs when removing it or the ribbon cable falls off. I mean no offense in bringing these issues up. Perhaps if I was able to speak with someone our business relationship would not sour.
Solid company. I've been ordering from them for nearly 2 years and have very few complaints about them. I occasionally get a defective screen, but their overall defect rate is probably the lowest I've seen out of all my suppliers. My shipments are always on time. I used to have issues with their minimum order amount but its not an issue anymore because only 3 iPhone 4 screens puts you over $100. Back in the days of 3G/3GS it was more of an issue with me.
I order from myphoneparts.com all the time without any issues. They ship from the USA, not China, and it always gets here in 2 days. I think you guys are confusing this site with myphonepart.com, which is some site hosted in China that is designed for end users. Myphoneparts.com is only for repair shop owners who buy in bulk like myself. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who mainly repairs iPhones as opposed to BlackBerry/Droid, as their site seems to be lacking in BlackBerry/Droid Parts. They have every part I need for iPhone repairs which is like 80% of my business anyway.
This site is legit; I've been purchasing from them for a few months now without any problems. I own a small cell phone repair shop, and their site basically takes care of 90% of my parts needs each month. The rest I just buy on eBay from various other sellers.
