Buttons didn't align with the button holes (eyelets). I took extensive pictures and sent it to them. Their claim is "we found that there was no actual defect in the manufacturing. All four shirts were inspected and tried on by my other employees, and we found them to fit well. " If you like the shirt bunched up between your top button and the second button, then these are the shirts for you.

Tried numerous times to get a shipping label to send back a defective helicopter headset. Four days of chatting, email and phone calls with customer service was a complete runaround. Ended up sending the headset back via USPS without the shipping label. Currently filing a transaction dispute with my credit card company. Company is a disgrace. Don't want to see other customers have the same problem is the reason for this posts.

Do not buy from my pilot store! I ordered a travel pro lunch box and never heard a word. I reordered the product and suddenly two were delivered. They emailed me admittance of their error but refuse to pay for return shipping. 5 emails and a call to "Joe," who is dummer than a drawer of hammers, and they still haven't offered to make their mistake right with me. Their customer service is terrible as well as their communication skills. I am greatly disappointed and will not buy from them again. Katie B.

It is 50/50 you get what you order on time. Then when have an issue it is handed off to a sister outfit. You give them an order number that is useless to them. Item shipped overnight last Friday and today is Wednesday still do not have item. UPS states call tomorrow, two days in a row. Last time I will use this outfit unless last recourse. Just my two cents worth. Spent 17 minutes on hold first call and second call 22 minutes on hold. CAN ANYONE SPELL FRUSTRATING?

Ordered a Ram mount on 5/22. Received (missing critical part) on 5/26. Called customer service same morning. Was told that someone would call me that afternoon: never did. Tried again on 5/28, left number on their "we'll call you back" system... nothing. Tried email on 5/30. No reply. 6/2 I finally got a live voice on their service line. He said someone would fix the order by Friday. Today (Friday6/3) I got an email telling me that they'd "contact the manufacturer" for me if I wanted. Which will undoubtedly take another 2 weeks. FWIW they advertise the missing part as "in stock ", but I can't get them to just send me one.

I ordered a cute flight jacket for my granddaughter, but turns out early shopping is a Bozo no-no with My Pilot Store. By the time I received it, waited for my granddaughter's birthday, shipped it to her, and they opened it, found it was too small and asked for a size exchange, they said NO. The jacket was still in the bag, pristine. They would not exchange for one size larger. I could see if I had requested a return and refund. But only needed a size up. No dice. Now I have a useless item, and a company I will never recommend and advise you not to shop with.

On 5/19/22, I was charged $88.49 and sent the wrong equipment. On 6/4/22, I was sent the wrong equipment again and charged an additional $101.39. On 6/13/22, with their return authorizations, promises of a full refund and my shipping costs, I mailed all of the equipment to them on 6/13/22. I received confirmation from the post office that they got everything two days later. However, they denied having received anything from me for more than a month. On 7/31/22, they issued a refund less $43.90, with no explanation. They don't respond to my email inquiries and they don't answer the phone. I did, by going through their "sales" extension, get a guy on the phone twice who also lied to me, saying someone would call me. No one ever has. The Arizona Better Business Bureau told me today that they have received "quite a few" complaints about mypilotstore and that mypilotstore doesn't respond to their inquiries either. So, a lot of trouble and stress and and they have stolen $43.90 from me on top of it. I am a new pilot.

Tip for consumers:
They are game players when they screw up. They are dishonest and you will be left without recourse.

Purchased A30 headphones and needed to return them within return period but being a pilot did not have the original package with me. They would NOT accept the return! Contacted Bose and they would accept it if I had purchased from them. They also have a 90 day return policy and price match! Without any doubt I would make all future Bose purchases direct from Bose!

Don't buy things you might return to this seller. While they offer "free" shipping outbound to you, when an item is returned, they will then charge you shipping (their actual cost), so your refund will be less than what's paid. And that's AFTER you have to pay for return shipping and insurance... While this is stated - vaguely - on their return web page, this is a BOGUS way of doing business. This has relegated this company to a simply source of charts and pubs. I'll look elsewhere for more expensive piloting items that may have to be returned.

Bought a flight jacket based on their phone attendant's recommendations. Turned out the person didn't know what she was talking about and I ended up receiving a flight jacket that was too big. I returned it, at my expense, and they even acknowledged receiving it. It's been over three weeks and they haven't refunded my money. Interesting enough, they erase from their website a negative review I made about them. Bottom line, they give you false info, they don't take responsibility for their mistake, the cost of their mistake comes out of your pocket, and they won't give you a refund.

At the end of January, I ordered the combo Honeycomb Flight controls, throttle quadrant, and Logitech rudder pedals. I wish I had looked for reviews regarding Mypilotstore before ordering from them!
I understand the Honeycomb throttle quadrants were supposedly delayed in shipping from China and didn't arrive at the end of February, as they originally expected.
I learned that they arrived at Mypilotstore on March 8th. In the next week, I called them two times to see when my order was shipping and was lied to each time when I was told they'd ship that day!
On March 22nd, a large box arrived at about 7 pm from them. I was excited to finally open it up and get
Things connected to my computer. But I found two sets of flight controls, rudder pedals, and NO throttle quadrant.
The following Monday I was promised I'd receive the throttle quadrant on Thursday, but that did not happen. At this point, I don't care if it was Mypilotstore's fault or UPS, I'm DONE!
I've submitted a return request on everything! I will check reviews for Sporty's and Wright Brothers and order from one of them.
DO NOT do business with Mypilotstore unless you're ready for a lot of issues and being lied too!

I chose to buy from MPS because they sold charts that were cheaper by about a dollar and because they offered free shipping for certain items. I decided to get a current and next edition Philadelphia TAC for $10.60 total, and because I bought the current edition I got free shipping on my whole order. It did NOT say that there was a minimum price for free shipping, just that adding one of a selection of items would get me free shipping.

I checked my order status the next day and part of my order was listed as shipped, but there was an added $1.00 shipping fee added. This was AFTER I had approved the $10.60 purchase, and my new invoice listed $11.60. This made me especially mad, since I paid using a prepaid card that I had only loaded with $11 especially for the purchase, so if I hadn't checked my invoice and the purchase had posted I would have gotten an overdraw fee.

I contacted customer service, and ONLY THEN was I told that the next edition chart was out of stock, and that I was being charged because my new total was under $6.

There are a few problems with this:

1. I was never told that there was a $6 minimum for free shipping on their website, only that adding an item from a list of items would make shipping free, and when I originally had just the promo item in my cart (a total of $5.30) I was told I would be given free shipping.

2. I was NEVER NOTIFIED about the extra charge or about the item being out of stock before calling customer service, no email or phone call, it just quietly changed. Increasing the net price of the order is extremely unprofessional and not the way a respectable business operates. Even now the item is still listed as in stock on their website, so others can still fall for the same ruse today (April 2nd, 2018).

3. The bottom line, even barring the other two issues, is that I AM PAYING for THEIR MISTAKE. I made an order and authorized a charge, and because they made a mistake in listing an item as "in stock" when it wasn't they decided to charge me a higher price with no notification. My invoice also still lists the out of stock item as "pending", implying I will eventually be charged for the second chart once it's in stock, along with the first chart and extra shipping fee.

I don't care about the extra dollar, it puts it on par with other chart distributors. What I care about is that they used deceptive practices to draw in business, and their shoddy infrastructure makes it hard to spot. MyPilotStore has proven that they are not trustworthy, and I won't be shopping with them ever again. There are plenty of other chart suppliers out there that I would rather give my business to.

If for whatever reason you still want to buy from these guys, one chart from my order has arrived and it was in fine shape, no defects.

I rodered from this company mid July. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size suitcase. That being said I then tried to return it. Well that's were the whole thing fell apart. First off be sure you read the "fine print" very carefully. Yes they ship the item to you at a cost they can get, but when you try an return the item it is at your own expense (to the tune of over $100 the suitcase cost me ($221.00) They also take off the amount that it cost them to ship it from your refund ($68). I was lucky enough to be able to ship it back for $42 dollars. Over all customer service is not there, you almost always receive a recording stating their hours which are minimal. I finally did get a refund minus the $68 original shipping fee. I will never use this company again or recommend. I purchased a TravelPro suitcase. I then went on the Travel Pro site and easily purchased the suitcase I wanted, with a 100 day return policy with them picking up the return fee.

Tip for consumers:
Just make sure you read all of the "fine print" before you make your purchase. If you can find the item you are looking for on another more well known website/company consider using them.

I was sent was a new version of a book, not the version I ordered. I needed the specific version that was pictured and listed on the website description at the time I bought the book. My pilot store confirmed that the website had not been updated to show the new version. After two months of back and forth with my pilot store associates I finally was able to get a prepaid shipping label and the book was shipped back to my pilot store. I waited 2 weeks for the refund and when I didn't get it, I called them for what I think was the 10th time for this product. I was told they would process the refund immediately. Two days later I finally got the refund. However, it was a partial refund. They sent the WRONG book. Their error, yet the customer is penalized. One photo shows the receipt with the "part number" of the book I ordered and paid for. The other picture show the "part number" of the book I received.

I purchased a jacket, my wife told me that it was the ugliest jacket she'd ever seen. I emailed to get return instructions, and was told that as soon as they received the return, they would credit my payment method.
That was over a month ago, and my money hasn't been returned, and they don't respond to texts or phone calls. I've written off my $600, but the rest of you shouldn't get suckered in.

I ordered a Travelpro 22" pilot roller board through the internet on Monday morning before noon, their shipping cut off time. I had called first and they confirmed they had it in stock and it would ship out same day. So I ordered but i never received shipping confirmation. So I called Tuesday and they said I must have missed the shipping cut-off (I didn't.). In the mean time, I noticed another store sold the same bag for $25.00 less, so I asked them to match the price which they do have a price guarantee. At the end of Tuesday it still hadn't shipped. I called Wednesday and they said it was held up a day because "a different department had to do the price adjustment. They said it would ship by end of Wed. Wed night it still never shipped. I called Thursday and they said the same thing that they were still waiting for a different department but he'd escalate it and it would go out by end of Thursday. I called late Thursday and got the same runaround when it didn't ship. So I cancelled the order.

By the way, I ordered it Thurs night from the company that offered it for a lower price, and by Friday morning I had a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

My feeling is once I asked for the price adjustment, they were probably just stalling until I cancelled so they didn't have to honor their low price guarantee. It wasn't until later that I looked up the company and saw they had very bad ratings from other people too. Now it all makes sense! Buyers beware.

My experience with MyPilotStore.com was terrible. I paid for 2 day shipping, they sent me a defective product (I took photos), I called immediately, and then at least twice more, sent an email with photos requesting a return authorization, which they dragged their feet on sending, and they failed not only to refund the monies for two-day shipping, they also withheld monies for return shipping. Unbelievably poor customer service.

MyPilotStore did NOT stand by their product, did not communicate timely, did not honor what was promised to me, and kept funds that were rightfully owed to me.

I submitted all of this in a review to their website, and they have yet to reach out, post my honest review, or make this right. In fact, they have censored my review. I have not "flamed" them, but I have written what is true, yet they did not post it.

There is a reason they have reviews disabled on their Facebook page.

They claim to match and even BEAT competition prices. What a JOKE! As you contact them - several times - with quotes and prices from other stores, they do NOT EVEN BOTHER to respond. It is a FAKE promise by an OVERPRICED business. Do NOT recommend this store as you can find the same product for up to 33% less money if you shop wisely. Look around.

I ordered 17 products, & because 1 item became backordered (after I already ordered it), they didn't ship any of the rest of my items that were available until the backordered item became available. When I asked them if they could ship my items that were available instead of having to wait, they said that I would have to pay extra to have those shipped to me if I didn't want to wait. 1. They should be transparent on their website when items aren't available. 2. If something becomes backordered, they should ship out the available items & then ship the backordered items separately when they become available.

I ordered a new straight cord for my Bose A20 headset. They sent it to the wrong address. When I called they even admitted that they made the mistake and sent it to the wrong address, but wanted me to pay another $295 dollars if I wanted the cord set out again right away. My other choice was to wait until the cord that they sent to the wrong address was returned to their warehouse. They then would recheck the item back into the warehouse and send it to me at my correct address. I asked why would I have to wait (about 15 days as of now) for them to send me the new cord, since it was not my fault that they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. The customer service agent, Nicole McIntire was the the worst ever. She had no answers and refused to connect me with her boss or a manager. She even hung up on me. I was transferred several times to the same voice mail and got no return call back regarding the issue. As of now, they have my money and have not given me any idea when I will receive the item. Everyone I spoke with was clueless and highly incompetent. I will never order anything from this company again.

skip the headache all together.

I ordered a lunch bag for my daughter who is a flight attendant. I ordered it two weeks before Christmas knowing I wouldn't get it on time. I called mid January. It's on back order. I asked again two more times. It now won't be in until mid to late February. I asked them for a discount since it's gonna be so late. They don't offer any. They won't contact you to let you know what's going on. You have to contact them. And then it's we won't charge you until we send it. What if at the time I don't have the money then what I wait another few months. First time I have dealt with them and the last time. Not impressed

I been sending a return form for a month! They said they never got it. Now it is too late. They say on the phone that they are not taking calls due to being short handed. They need to step up and take this $#*! back that I can not use.

Starting to fly again. Ordered about $180 worth of stuff from MyPilotStore. Sectionals, fuel tester and all the things you need to startup again. After 10 days nothing arrived. I checked the website and the order status was something akin to not processed. I called asked for an explanation and the CSR said they didn't know, maybe it was a CC issue. Would I like to talk to a manger? Yes. Waited on hold for 10 mins and they came back and said he wasn't available but he would call me back. An hour later I called again, and was told they didn't know where the manager was... I wrote to them on their chat app, they said the manager would be in touch, at which time they charged my card and shipped my order. The CSRs were totally unhelpful, they didn't upgrade my shipping they didn't reply. I didn't want the order at this point, but since I thought someone was going to get in touch ie "well find out why it didn't go through, probably a CC issue" and deceptively processed the order. Don't by from them, turns out lots of people have had similar experiences
