“Abysmal Service from My Ruby”

If you want a professional call handling service DO NOT use My Ruby. Their staff and rude, will hang up on your clients, and then disguise their true identities. My customer's call to them to them was so badly handled, when they asked to complain to a manager, their call was passed to someone else who lied about her name, refused to identify their true company name, and refused to pass my customer any details so my customer could complain to their owners, Natalie and Andrew Perillo. They even went so far as to say I was their manager and they worked for me! They do not work for me and because of them, I lost a customer. I will not be using their services again and would ask anyone in need of a service to handle. When I spoke to Natalie Perillo all she could do was blame my customer. With an attitude like that it is no wonder her staff act like 4 year olds! First rule of customer services... provide service to the customer. Shame on you www.MyRuby.co.uk
